I have been in around 4 times last 2 months, and bought brakes for jeep and Buick (which needed a special tool to turn calipers in). They have a tool loaner program however you had to deposit $130 to use loaner. They showed me a $10 tool on the self help shelf which is made like one time use its cheap, but worked. Following week I returned the front pads(old ones 3/4 good). No receipt. They looked it up gave me my cash and were very friendly and helpful EVERYTIME. only complaint/ suggestion would be to break that loaner kit down so smaller needed section could be loaned on smaller deposit. Prices are competitive however several different men who helped me showed me top price, told them high milage car for other person. Both times they moved me into mid-priced and showed cheapest. Explained differences and not much price difference but mid line was better quality. Also offered brake cleaner and grease. I will only shop with them here. Great...
