Delicious CUPCAKES, peanut butter/chocolate, French silk and cookies and cream cheesecake, which were decoratively gorgeous. The 2 cake based cupcakes were filled in the middle too. The drinks we had, chai tea, cupcake frappe, made with the whole cheesecake cupcake (or for variety any cupcake of your choice) and a Bahama Breeze lotus tea. The drinks were also amazing. Cafe Hope's mission is to support local efforts to educate and elevate individuals, with intellectual and physical needs, to gain greater independence. Ordered a sheet cake and smash cake for my daughters first birthday. Highly impressed! Both cakes turned out better than I hoped for! Delicious too. Frosting was sweet but not toothache 2 bites in kind of sweet. The cakes themselves were moist without being soggy and didn't have too much crumble to them which is the way we love them best.
