I try to give people and situations the benefit of the doubt because I don't know what they might be dealing with outside of work, but I struggled with doing that for the young punk behind the key counter. He behaved like he was doing me a favor to cut a few door keys. I asked for 4 copies and after the EXCEPTIONALLY unfriendly & discourteous service, I found out he also couldnt count either: as I'm being checked out I realized only 2 keys had been cut so I got to stalk back to the key counter—— thankfully a different staff member assisted me with the other two keys and his customer-service skills were epic. I'd like to think the first rude guy is not a true representation...

Called there asking about window repair and they was very unhelpful. I have a cabin close by I recently purchased and will be there only there on weekends. I need plexiglass cut for 3 windows but I have to have it done same day as I have nothing to put back in. They said they was backed up a week and was very unwilling to help. I could install the plexiglass myself I just need them to cut it and still no go. I'm new to the area but won't be shopping there. Will have it cut locally where I live and take it up and install it.
