Cannery — Local services in Prairie du Chien

We just stopped in for a quick look while we were exploring this beautiful area for our anniversary. Adorable shop! So many beautiful pieces. Just a lovely place! If you are looking for a gift for the holiday season, you have to stop in. But the best thing about the store is the two lovely ladies at the counter. Not only were you greeted with smiles, but they are also the perfect pair to get you all the answers you need about this beautiful town. They gave us some amazing recommendations for food, parks and all the must do things in the area. We would stop in again just say hi to them. Ladies,if your husband wants to head to Cabelas in Prairie Du Chien to do some shopping,and you don't...go south a couple of blocks and head to The Cannery! This place is HUGE! And if you want to do some shopping for yourself or someone else,this gem is the place to do it! It has so many items and rooms,make sure you take your time ... because it has amazing items to choose from! It's in an old canning factory that was repurposed into a beautiful,and gorgeous building.If you want to rest before or after you go in...you can sit on the large porch. This store has so much character,you'll be definitely wanting to come back again and again!💕😊 I will going...

This is worth a stop if in the area. Building is very neat in itself and luckily someone has transformed it instead of letting it be torn down. The shop is very nice, but more of a home decor store. It came up as an antique store in google, and there are a few antiques scattered throughout the building, but I wouldn't classify it one. Building is set up nice with different areas & seems like a lot if time was put into staging and decorating the building. Very nice store/building that is definitely...
