Michie House in College Hill — Hotel in Providence

My bag was stolen in this place with lots of valuable personal belongings. They couldn't help assit in finding my bag, Even if I called them many times they just repeated they couldn't help anything, and saying it'smy responsibility to look after. However the thing is they don't even have any front desk! and no person in charge of anything! People steal personal things here, but they claim the cleaning team didn't found such a big bag! And you'll have big trouble checking in too! Your door room passcode won't open, and on my way back looking for my stolen bag I see an old man sitting on the stairs hopelessly calling for checking in for half hour without response. Now my bag is still not found, and they never contacted me about my bag, they don't even have any email contact or phone text message. Scam! And they should refund me as much as 1000$ value of my personal belongings because my big bag disappeared in their property. I ended up purchasing everything in Boston, charger, towel, shaver, shoes, clothes, and a new travel bag. I've traveled across the country many many years, it's my first time that my whole luggage was stolen and I almost had to cancel my entire trip! And they won't help you on any check in and out assistance cause literally nobody is there. What a terrible...

Lovely big room with good shared kitchen. Location was in a buzzy area but sadly meant it was incredibly loud until 2/3am on Saturday night. The shared showers only had plastic dividers so didn’t feel that private. I would recommend not booking via Klook as I didn’t receive check in info, I had to find their email...

I do not recommend staying here, and I say that as someone who is very comfortable staying in budget accommodation.
