China I — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

I had a very bad experience today on August 11, 2020. I ordered vegetable chowmein, hot and spicy chicken, schezuan chicken and vegetable fried rice with French fries. Unfortunately when I arrived there and picked up the food from the drive thru it was all packed and ready. So, I came home and opened everything as my kids love their vegetable chowmein and I have ordered before also but there was a gentleman before who used to take orders polite, patient and to be able to understand or be understood with accent barely recognition this lady took order from me which I shouted with my lungs out as she couldn’t understand what I wanted nor I could understand her. Anyways, when we came home there was no vegetable chowmein and I called her and very rudely she shouted at me that there is vegetable chowmein where there were only fried vegetables no vegetable chowmein and hung up on me. I called her again and told her that there is no vegetable chowmein and she shouted at me and hung up on me again and my kids were listening as it was on speaker phone. And they said mommy that’s rude. I’m glad I had French fries ordered because my younger son is very picky he only eats French fries and chowmein and noodles a lot. So highly...

The food here was disgusting, so much we threw away the 2 meals moments after getting. When I went back to tell the lady that the food tasted really off, she blamed us said we did something to it. We did not. The lady had put several packets of sauce in the bag and one had busted in all the shuffling of the food. A white guy also came to the window, we tried to explain to him we were concerned and simply asked if there was any fresh we could switch out for since we knew we would not get the $26 back, he said no and pointed back to the angry Asian (not sure where she was from). We did try to be nice at first but when she accused us messing with the food that was the last straw. We were actually concerned for our health (possibly getting food poisoning)when it came to eating the food, it truly tasted like it had been left out several days. We ordered two beef and broccoli meals and a few egg rolls. I STRONGLY advise you do not order from this place for your health and safety. The lady has a large menu and there is no way she was able to make both those meals in just the 5 minutes we waited, she had to have had it sitting waiting to be microwaved or something, I dont know but again...

We stopped in Savannah Ga after a long drive. Once in our motel we decided to order dinner to be delivered. Ordered quart of curry chicken and also General Tso chicken, each came with an order of white rice. Approx. $10 was the price for each of those two dishes. Also 2 spring rolls, which if put together would have made one. The chicken dishes came to us in 2 single dinner styrofoam takeout boxes (3 wells normally filled with separate items, a meal for one). The whole bottom was filled with white rice (normally rice is put in separate containers from entree) then main entree was put on top and I will tell you there was not a quart of curry chicken in the box nor a full order of general Tso. There was virtually no gravy on the curry chicken so rice was pretty much dry as dirt! The restaurant knew we were in a motel. They sent us 4 forks so they assumed there were more than 2 of us. They sent no plates, and no napkins (no fortune cookies either). If they thought there was possibly 4 of us, did they expect us to eat like pigs at a trough!
