Flowers by Rose — Local services in Richmond Hill

My husband had an anniversary arrangement delivered to me at work. Immediately, something looked “off” as I noticed the flowers…the lilies were brown on the edges, the big cabbage looking flower in the middle, no bow, no name of the florist on the arrangement anywhere…just looked odd. The unbloomed lilies never bloomed and the brown on the edges went over the entire flower in just three days. Since my husband does not send me flowers very often, I thought maybe this was a new “style”. He did call last minute and they did a great job of getting the flowers delivered on time since we were closing early that day. I am disappointed especially knowing how much my husband spent on these and how detailed he is when trying to order something for me. If you are looking for untraditional flowers, this might be the place and price point for you. We recently buried my Aunts Sister and had both the casket blanket and a stand up arrangement in the shape of a Heart done by Flowers by Rose. Both of them turned out truly Beautiful!!! What was truly wonderful was the customer service we received on the day we came in to pick them out and order them. As you can guess, my aunt was quite distraught by her sisters death and young lady doing our flowers was extraordinarily patient and kind to her and helping her through that moment. She also went out of her way to make sure to have a ribbon created that said beloved sister when it was a difficult task for her to do without the machine. Extremely satisfied that I chose Rose Designs again for an amazing boutique of flowers. She was very professional on the phone and made a recommendation on what I should choose, due to the fact I clearly didn't have a clue on what I really wanted. LoL

Keep in mind it was raining all day and the flowers arrived to my sweetheart just as I had imagined. All the flowers were fresh and beautiful. My wife was surprised and happy with the quality of flowers.
