First time there but never going back. These "world famous" buffalo fries were lackluster. The fries were not crispy and seemed microwaved. The chicken with mild sauce was not that good. I thought it was going to be world famous and amazing. It's like frozen buffalo wings and sauce. The "large" fries seemed like a small. The shakes though....WORSE. How do you screw up shakes? The lady brought out the shakes, put them on the table, and told us, "Here are some spoons. Because for some reason these shakes came out extra thick. I don't know what happened. But here are some spoons for you." The straws were useless....it was like ice cream. The salted caramel shake had very little caramel and ALL salt. It was like pouring a pound of salt on vanilla ice cream, drizzling it with caramel, and saying it was a salted caramel shake. The only good thing, hence the only star, was for our cashier. Every single staff member was super rude and seemed to walk around with an attitude. But this 1 cashier, the kind young lady who took our order, was so helpful in deciphering the menu, making us laugh, being understanding, and had a smile on her face. I wish I got her name. She was so sweet. Yet still....I will NOT be going...

I stopped in here recently and ordered the jalapeno wings as well as the Cajun wings. And there is a wild difference in quality. The Cajun wings were really just buffalo wings. When I told them I think they gave me the wrong order, they said "oh I'm sorryI'll fix it" and then sprinkled Cajun seasoning on top of the buffalo sauce. At first I thought they didn't want to remake it but by reading other reviews this comical attempt at Cajun anything is apparently what passes there. Strongly recommend trying anything else. Positives though, the fries were very crispy and the inside was not soggy. The proportions were pretty good and the location is bright and the seating is spaced efficiently. Also it's not the cooks or cashier's fault that the menu is lack luster, they were very friendly and clearly work hard because as I walked up the cashier was working on completing door dash orders and working the POS. ME and my employees ordered 6 items from here and only received 4/6 items. 2 of my employees didn't even get their food! we paid for it and also paid for extra sauce and didn't get that either. 1 of the 4 that we got wasn't even what we ordered!! my employee was there for over 30 minutes waiting for all this and when he got back everything was messed up. We were all so excited to go here and couldn't wait for the food and when it got here we were all so disappointed. Also, the food tasted terrible. we are all so upset with the experience we had here and we paid about $60 just to throw it in the trash. we don't plan on coming back here again and for anyone who is hungry and thinks this will be a great place to eat. please think again. I would go to the poke bar or the crusty oven next door before going here.. OH, and we had to pay for parking!...
