Was excited to try this place and was SO disappointed!!! They got our order wrong and were missing items. We asked for 4 peice meal with leg and thigh for both fried and grilled. And they gave us fried leg and thigh, but then wing and breast for grilled. Also ordered 2 peice leg and thigh and received breast and wing again!! Before that she also told us they only had grilled legs available and we agreed to that for the grilled meat and we didn’t even get that! Also ordered tortillas but they were out so both agreed to bread. After waiting in line they had me and my partner pull forward. I did not mind because I know they are busy but after waiting for over 10 minutes someone brings us our order. We discover they forgot our cookie and the girl went back to get it for us. Then we notice we did not get our Mac n cheese and instead gave us rice. When we told the girl she told us they were out of Mac and cheese and we just accepted it. By the time we got home we realized they ALSO forgot our bread and there was no silverware!! Such a...
Read moreI wish I could say something more positive than "the best part of this experience was the sincerity and quickness of the manager in assisting with any malfeasance."
The chicken itself is probably the best part. While the flavor is nice, the outer layer that is supposed to have crunch has a soggy crisp to it. I did not have the issue of grease, but the HEAVY emphasis on pepper in the guacamole and vegetables either completely overpowers all other flavors, or there is not enough emphasis on garlic or savory balance to outline the spice.

All-in-all, I am keeping the food to doctor up so its not wasted... but I don't believe sleeping hungry that night due to an unimpressive dinner warrants returning to this place without IMMENSE...
Read moreI haven’t had Pollo Campero in a little over 20 years. But I remember them tasting amazing. They use to have this sweet and sour dipping sauce which is now replaced with their NEW house dipping sauce. It tastes like a mixture of 1000 island mixed with sweet chili sauce.
Also the speaker in the drive through is super low so ordering was not easy. The girl spoke very bad broken English. But you guys just opened so I’m sure you’ll fine tune the process.
The chicken was perfectly cooked and the skin was not overly breaded. I did try the yuka fries….they were ok. I felt like they weren’t salted enough. But after eating 3 fries which are very thick. I felt super full, the plantains were under cooked. So…for 18$ I enjoyed some good chicken, ok fries and undercooked plantains with a Hawaiian roll. Would I order here again. The answer is no. Sorry guys but I’ll...
