Palm Beach Singer Island Resort & Spa Luxury Suites — Hotel in Riviera Beach

Good evening Marriott Management Staff. On September 5, 2025 my Family and I had the pleasure of staying at one of your resorts Palm Beach Marriott Resort and Spa Singer Island. Our trip was to celebrate my 32nd wedding anniversary and my birthday which is just days apart. Let me tell you when I walked in the front door I was amazed the vibe was so welcoming and everything was so modern and beautiful. I was then greeted with one amazing staff member her name was Tina, she was the sweetest person to meet, her exceptional caring voice made us feel so welcome. She even went above and beyond to send a special something to our room to celebrate our stay. Another staff member by the name of Raj what a friendly and curious person to meet. We spoke to Raj for just a few minutes and felt so welcomed as if we were family. Our room was in the 18th floor and my goodness the breathtaking views is to die for, room was immaculately clean, beds were so comfortable. The entire hotel reflects comfort from the lobby to rooms, cozy lounges, an amazing pool with tranquility waterfalls then walking out to a private beach with blue waters, beach umbrellas and chairs, just breathtaking. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing stay we have ever had. It’s the kind of hotel that leaves an impression of graceful, modern and tranquil. We had a horrible experience with the management of our room. From the very first day we got there the garbage disposal did not work. They finally fixed it yesterday almost a week later and the day before we leave. On the first day of our stay, the handle broke on the bathtub and they said they overnighted apart and was going to come and fix it every day they kept saying they were going to fix it and they never did from the moment we checked out. We really needed to use that tub since we have small children. We also found German roaches and I took pictures and video of them. We’re pretty upset about that since they will travel home with you. From one of their egg sacs, you can get 1 million roaches in one year. I went out and bought new suitcases to put clothes in that we’ll need when we get home directly from the dryer into the suitcase that we kept in the hallway. And on top of it all whoever they sent in to fix the garbage disposal stole $300 from Jen‘s purse. I know for a fact that they did since I took $100 bill out of her purse before we left, and then when we came back, it was all gone. They were the only ones in the room. I have called six times in the last two days and they have not returned any of my phone calls. So giving all these circumstances I am very disappointed in the management...

I booked with points for a quick girls trip. My weekend started off rough when I went to check in and realized I lost my license. Raj was amazing and patient. He got me checked in anyway, since I am a Marriott Gold Elite member. We were early, so Raj checked our bags while we went to have some lunch. When our room was ready, Raj personally called me to let me know we could come in to get our keys. He also checked in with me to make sure I had relaxed a bit from my license debacle. He gave us a great corner room with views of both the ocean and the Intercoastal! The room was gorgeous and huge. We spent a bit of time at the infinity edge pool the next day and had breakfast & dinner at 3800 Ocean. All were amazing as well as all of the staff that we encountered throughout our trip! While I didn't have my kids with me this trip, there was a separate kids pool with a slide, dj and water games. There was also kids club I didn't check out, but I'm sure had a ton to do. The resort is also a quick walk down the beach or sidewalk to some local restaurant/bars and a beach shop. I will definitely be staying at PB Singer Island Resort again for staycations!
