Wish I could give more than 5-starsā¦
Even though I am not a resident here, Iāve gotten the chance to visit regularly throughout the past 6 months visiting a friend who has lived here for years.
Iāve always heard about the āRitz-Carltonā experience, but actually experiencing it first-hand blew me away.
Great experiences all-around from the Security team, to the restaurant team, and especially the concierge team. Since my first visit, Nelson has made me feel so welcomed as I felt very out of place visiting my friend. He frequently would ask me about how Iām doing and he always remembered who I was.
The restaurant is spectacular with incredible service! Kal is always so kind and very accommodating. The food is spectacular and the entire team there is so keen that they have predicted and surprised us by bringing appetizers we have previously order right as we arrived. The lobby and grounds look spectacular ā like out of a magazine ā and are never dusty or dirty or worn-out. Everything looks brand new even though the building has been around for many years! We have seen several of the high-rise buildings on Singer Island and nothing is as stunning as the Ritz.
The beach and pool areas have the best views on the island. The building has a huge space for the private beach and is conveniently located next to so many shops and restaurants next door. And right next to my daughterās favorite shaded playground!
I hope one day to be a resident myself (wishful/hopeful thinking) but until then the team at the Ritz Carlton on Singer Island has given me something to look forward to š Thank you for being so kind to me and to our friends that live in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been visiting friends at the Ritz-Carlton at Singer Island in the hopes of buying our own residence. However, for over three weeks now there has been nothing but the sound of drilling and tiles being cut in an upper apartment. The noise goes on from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm five days a week. It's insufferable and outrageous that at the height of the winter snowbird season that the management would allow this kind of work to go on. People who have the money to spend between $700,000 to 10 million to buy a condo would be crazy to buy here. It's torture, plain and simple.
To add insult to injury, the Ritz-Carlton, the high priced Residences on Singer Island, each day in the middle of the day, ventilates their garage by switching on a diesel engine that is as loud as a jet plane taking off from an airport and can be heard at a deafening volume at the north and south ends of the building. The ventilation process which spews diesel fumes into the air lasts for a half hour in the middle of the day, usually from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM. If you were to see their ad in The New York Times, you would see a lion roaming a beach that goes on for miles. The harsh reality is much different....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreObviously, you can find the typical building/grounds pics on the company site. And trust me, their pics do it justice! We've been coming to this property for years now. We LOVE it! The staff is always incredible, the grounds are immaculate, and the views...hot damn!! We come early August. This seems to be the best time for witnessing a baby turtle hatch on the beach!
