Milan Pizzeria — Restaurant in Rochelle Park

I’m giving this place 1 star because there is no option as 0. I have never been treated or spoken to the way I was when I called to give feedback about my order, which came over an hour late (we were ace throwing we only had a 2 hour reservation). They didn’t bring any plates, utensils, or cups. They left out an order of our fries. And have the audacity to hang up on me when I called to speak to them about this. They argued with me it was impossible for the pizza of my delayed order to be cold. Wouldn’t let me speak kept talking over me and then hung up on me. I come from a family of pizzeria owners. We would never treat a customer this way or argue with them that their food is cold even if it weren’t. We would work with them to find a solution or have the decency to apologize not hang up on their face. Their food is disgusting their behavior is disgusting. I would never order from such savage unruly...

My review of pizzas are pretty tough. For one it's my favorite food, and two my dad use to own a pizzeria so I have high expectations. After giving the house special, and the margherita a shot I can say by far Milans is the best pizzeria in NJ. The cheese, and ingredients they use is fresh. The dough is amazing, crust never burnt, and from a price standpoint affordable. One caveat I have against pizzerias these days is the annoying amount of times toppings and cheese fall off when ordering the house. However I was impressed with how all the toppings and cheese stayed together, considering the generous amount of toppings. My family loved the pizza so much the immediate reaction was why I didn't order more pies. Will definitely be a regular. Great job to the staff...

Excellent, excellent pizza... You can tell these guys are pizza experts. Their pizza had all of the following in each and every bite: -The CRUNCH
