God I hope I’m not butchering her name, (LOL, i did previously but someone @ the store corrected me) Mizuki!! (175281) is just straight up DA G.O.A.T. of UO Paramus. She’s helped me with my ridiculously long/difficult inquiries, with grace and swiftness, the past 3 times I’ve gone to the store. She even scrambled to the stockroom TWICE, to see if she could find two one of a kind items that I saw online… and BOTH times she found them. 🙀🤦🏿‍♂️ ALL while handling chaotic managerial duties in the store… JUST UNHEARD OF in modern day retail. (And I’ve been in it for 15 years)

Personally, Urban Outfitters for me has always been a hit or miss. Though the store has plenty of options and is always organized, my body type can be difficult to shop for. However, Kelly was so so SO helpful in finding me some awesome options! This location has a very cool style and is a multiple level store. It has a lot of cool clothing and some old school brands that were big back in the day. They have some neat home items and accessories. Their rose scented perfume was a great find and is priced very well. I was disappointed by the amount of vinyl records this location has.
