The hotel is falling apart. Beware. It’s being held up by pieces of wood. The door lock on our room didn’t work properly, and in order to shut the door you have to slam it ( sorry to my neighbors). While the water pressure was great there is absolutely no hot water. Better bet is boiling some water and take a bath. We didn’t use the kitchen beside putting a soda in the fridge. The carpet is green. Don’t go off of people saying these rooms are renovated. The hotel was gross. Beach access was a joke. Highly disappointed in everything about this “resort” including the staff. Rude. Update as place has responded— we did bring it to your attention. Your staff is overly rude and / or didn’t care. We also tried to alert you to things during the night as they came up but again no staff on duty. We tried again in the am when we were leaving but we were not waiting 2 more hours for you to wake up and get to work. You know your walk ways are falling apart as you have it all being held up by rotting wood. Don’t pull the crap that you don’t know. As for your comment that you hope we find better accommodations to suite out taste.. we already have and booked a year out to make sure we get to stay there instead of slum land you are operating. Have the day you deserve. Ps* you can see the wood in the picture it’s holding up the walkways and stairs.. NOT SAFE

This was my wife and myself first time staying at this property. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing staff at the front desk. We were put in a second story room, that has a private bedroom and bathroom. And another full bathroom and very comfortable queen Murphy bed in the living room. Room also had a two burner stovetop, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary in mind. Very large living space with couch, fireplace dining table. The room was very clean. It smelled fresh. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Fixtures, floors , etc, were all in good condition. This property may not be the newest .But it is the only one to have a remodeled conference center. Its location is on the beach. Water was footsteps away. This would make a great corporate retreat for worshops. Family gatherings. We are already making arrangements for our next trip here. They currently renovating and updating the rooms. Can not beat the price for what we received. Absolutely great value for our dollar . Thank you to everyone at the RBR for making us so comfortable on our stay.

Best in the business, hands down. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I think not only is this a beautiful location but the staff truly completes this place. If a resort has a bad staff, it’s not worth the stay. Thank you RBR for always taking care of us during our family vacations to the beach. The only down side is not being able to swim in the pool longer. Their hours are different almost every time we go there, and they close 2 hours earlier than most pools… disappointing but at least we get to swim in a heated pool all year round! 🤷🏻‍♀️ can’t complain too much really, it’s a clean, well kept establishment. Just please consider keeping the pool open until 10 pm 7 days a week like everywhere else 😩🙏🏼😇

We stayed there in April 2024. We were one of the first to use the new pet rooms on the North Building. #119. I believe they have 3 now available. The views on our room and others are all facing the ocean. Fantastic location. Room had new vinyl plank flooring which is a tad slippery but better than carpets for future pet stays. Our room had sofa, 4 chairs and dining table. 1 other swivel chair, and a table for misc. Full kitchen which was great. We made breakfast each morning. The room was big that it felt really open. Since it was a recent remodel there isn't any wall decorations, but I am sure as their remodeling goes that will change. We moved the couch around to face the ocean and moved the table closer to the sliding glass door to have a nice view when we ate and played cards and backgammon. The bedroom was ok space and had a dresser in the closet which is a big plus. For us it would be nice to have another dresser, even a simple 6 drawer Ikea dresser, in the main room. Our dogs were happy. We did walk them across the street which there are two grassy lots close by and garbage for bags coming back into the room was nice. We didn't swim or jacuzzi because of dogs but a lot of people were enjoying the facilities. Their conference room is being remodeled. One big thing that people complained on earlier reviews was regarding the decks. All the decks are finished! We would love to come back when the sun shined! Even though it was off and on rain we still loved the easy access to the beach with our dogs. We...

This was the best place we stayed at all week. We would have cancelled our other reservations and stayed here longer if we could have. The down side is that there is little parking and the stalls are narrow. There is no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor so packing the suitcases up the concrete stairs was not fun, but the nice rooms made it worth it. We loved having a private bedroom with a private bathroom and then the larger room with the kitchen area and sofa bed and murphy bed with the sliding doors open to the ocean breeze. It was clean and the kitchen area stocked with all the utensil and serve ware you could need. The murphy bed was very comfortable too. The only down side was that the deck was completely unusable because it is not safe and they are being redone. That was the main thing we wanted to do was sit on the patio and watch the waves and the sunset. They claim that it was noted on the website that the decks were closed off, but we never saw it and if wee did, we would have gone somewhere else. But I will stay there again, once the decks are redone and safe. The ocean view is amazing and it's close to the water. If not for the deck issue, I would have given 5 stars, however I understand that they were not safe and needed to be repaired but according to other reviews, this has been going on for 2 years. They should be...
