New charming market owned by local couple Jason & Julie; a wonderful addition to Rockaway Beach’s center and the local cultural and food infrastructure. No, they don’t carry everything imaginable in their shop. That is neither the idea nor the aspiration for such an enterprise which cultivates food and artisanal community. They do carry meats, fish, local (there’s that word again!) baked items including bread, and produce derived from the area as well as packaged goodies you may not find easily elsewhere. Jason & Julie speak of plans to continue augmenting the handsome space further with artistic schemes while continuing to discover fun yummy goods to present in Green Coast’s inviting venue. They have vision, enthusiasm, and plans for expansion of business hours, while their openness in receiving product recommendations to carry is humble, endearing, and agreeable to partnership. The physical space is altogether cozy, bright, and tastefully appointed in a modernized farmhouse style featuring attractive flooring and characterful elements. A convivial boon to Rockaway’s business core. Delighted to have them in town! I can actually *walk* for a pleasant few minutes from my home to purchase quality locally birthed edible matters in our coastal town in a welcoming space where I feel inspired to hang for a bit. Shop small.

Fine new addition for my favorite beach town. I give them a Gold star for their Ethiopian coffee beans, roasted lightly to perfection!! (Most roasters cook em too long, robbing you of the gentle happy lift this original source bean can create.) I understand this source and roast is what fueled the Renaissance. Cheers.

Great new option for truly Local foods. Locally grown veggies, herbs and micro greens. Local meat, cheese, milk, butter and eggs. Fresh baked bread and pastries from local bakers. It's so good to support small local businesses and to know I'm getting fresh, high quality products with a low footprint. It's almost like a permanent farmers market with art and homemade items and unique...
