Hi Tea - Bubble/Boba Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Rogers

The moment I entered this fine establishment I was taken aback. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and the music felt so in tune with my soul. Such good music selection, props to the fellers who choose it. Don't get my started on the scent. The smell of tapioca balls hit my face and my eyes lit up. I low-key felt my heart racing at this point and I was so excited. I walked up to the counter to order a drink and the selections were plentiful. Blenders were blending and all I could think about was getting some of these juicy delicacies in my mouth. I ordered strawberry milk tea and my life was altered the moment I stabbed the drink and took a sip. The customer service was phenomenal I've never felt so cared for and they were so patient to me as I looked over the board. 10/10 will come back to try more of...

If I could give zero stars I would! I used to like this place I’ve gotten boba from here a couple of times and loved it, today I DoorDashed a drink and when it arrived to me I first noticed it was the wrong size but I wasn’t too upset so I wants going to do anything but, when I went to take there was no ice in it, the flavoring was not in the drink, as well as the sweetness was not what I ordered either! I was very angry about it I continued to drink it then noticed it got crunch when I only got tapioca in it. Just to find out there were multiple pieces of hard plastic and wrappers in the bottom on the drink!! I thought maybe it was part of the wrapper that the straw is wrapped in but there was even more at the bottom and it was hard sharp pieces!!! Will never be going here again and never tell people...

Unfortunately I have waited over 30 minutes due to the fact they did not have boba in stock. It’s disappointing to come and be told there isn’t boba available. This is the second time it has happened to me. For a boba shop, they should prepare enough boba for the day. At this point, I think I need to call in beforehand to make sure they have boba before I come. They couldn’t refund me for drink as manager was not available so I just left really disappointed I spent $14 on two drinks and waited over 30 minutes for them to be done. No update on when boba will be done until I decided to cancel on boba myself. Between owning two locations, the better location of theirs is bubble & bean. However, I will keep looking for a better boba...
