Food was just “okay”. The appearance was was better than the taste. My chicken was so dry I couldn’t even finish it. Had a ton of meat on it and flavor of the seasoning was good, but it just wasn’t enjoyable because of the dryness.
I did curbside pickup because of the world wide pandemic currently happening, and the pickup process was extremely confusing and hard to follow. They have QR codes on signs that are too small to be scanned from inside your car. So I got out to scan it and went back to my car to put my spot number and pay. Once I got back in the car it took me to the needed website, where it asked for me to scan the QR code for my spot for the website now. So I had to get out of the car again and attempt to scan the QR code. It would never scan on the website so I had to call inside the restaurant for them to come to my car and allow me to pay. The process was confusing and isn’t very intuitive. I’m not even an older person but I know that someone a little less tech savvy would struggle heavily with the process.
I gave this place 2 stars because the wings alone. They were huge and filling. They weren’t amazing tasting and were filled with fat/gristle. But the wings alone partiality saved this meal for me because it filled me up. The mozzarella bites were pretty good, too.
I may give this place another try in the future. But first impressions left me disappointed. I think the restaurant leans heavily into the girls they have for waitresses looking like they do and a live atmosphere for drinking and game watching. But at the end of the day this IS a restaurant. When you take yourself out of that theme and get to-go, the entirety of the quality falls directly on the food and food alone. Which just wasn’t very good for the...
Read moreEverytime I go to Twin Peaks, I have enjoyed the food, the drinks and the service. I mind my business and I enjoy the ambiance. However on 1/26/22, I had Abbey as a server. She's a decent server but she lacks accountability. I ordered the cheese bites appetizers with drinks. We got our drinks and we waited for the cheese bites. The cheese bites never came. I asked her the status of the cheese bites and she said she'd go check....she went to the server kiosk which told me she never entered it. As soon as she left to check, the food came in and shortly after she delivered the cheese bites. Common sense says the appetizer comes before the entree. So my partner and I enjoy our meals, we don't even bother with the cheese bites as we have already started with the entree. We finish our meal and ask for the check. She still had the audacity of keeping the appetizer on the check. I get her attention and tell her to remove the appetizer since it arrived late. Instead of her taking accountability and being like: yes, that's my fault, I will remove. I get her eye roll. I do not need her attitude when she knows damn she messed up. Next time own up to...
Read moreJULY 3RD, 2025 8-9pm - Everything was going good. Food tasted good, drinks were good... then the table behind us abruptly stood up. I turned in the middle of the commotion and a guy told me there was a roach on their table. I looked and watched it scurry across the table. Their waitress came over and they told her why they moved to the table next to them. We pointed out the roach was still there but under the table. She said "OH! EW. Let me go tell my manager." She walked away and talked to some guy. About 10 mins later she came back to their table with their bill. She said her manager said "yah. We just sprayed for bugs yesterday." He never acknowledge the guys, or the roach chilling out under the table. They paid. I told him I thought if nothing else they'd get their meal comped. He said "nope, full price and I'll never be back." I did call and leave a message with Danny (I believe that was his name, his number is on the door). I did ask our waitress who the manager was on duty and she said - Asst Manager's name was Ethan Williams and the Asst Gen Manager's...
