The staff is poorly trained. I bought a very expensive set of pots and pans mostly because the sales woman said they had a "lifetime warranty". Three months later a top cracked due to the fact that it was retaining water from the dishwasher. The heat of being on the range plus the fact that a defect in the top was holding water caused it to crack.
I took it back to this store to have it replaced. It took the sales woman 20 minutes to figure out what top it was, (with the cracked top in her hand). Finally she told me I had to bring in the pot with the top to get a replacement.
So another trip, a week later, this time a different sales woman looked at the top then insisted on seeing my license, even after I told her there is no way she could find my purchase with my license (since I never used it during the initial purchase). I offered her the card I used to make the original purchase. She refused to use my card, then had to call a second saleswoman to help her..After five minutes of them messing around with the machine, they still had not found my initial purchase. The initial incompetent sales woman went to the the back and took 15 minutes to find the replacement pot and top. Then couldn't figure out how to complete the transaction. She again called over the second saleswoman. Who looked at the screen then finally 30 minutes into this transaction rudely told me. I couldn't replace this in the store, I would have to contact the manufacturer.
Why did I have to come to the store twice and waste almost an hour of my time to find this out?
During the initial purchase they took my money very quickly, less than an hour but the policy covering the "Lifetime" warranty was never fully explained.
The saleswoman was rude and dismissive.
I left the broken top and pot and told them I would never come back. Do yourself a favor go to Neiman Marcus, Dillard's or Belk. Same goods and the service is better. It's your money you should get good service for...

This is my third bad experience at this particular store. I made an online order 3 weeks ago. Been getting the runaround on one of the items. So I went to the store to see if they had it. It’s a Christmas gift and today is December 21. Need it now.
Today: took a bit to get someone to help me out.
Lady said they were out but the display was available as it didn’t have a blue tag saying it’s display only. So she said she would cancel the online order and sell me that one. So far we’re happy. We got the item down and went to the register where we ran into a problem with, I guess she was the assistant manager? That lady said she couldn’t let the other lady sell it to me even tho it wasn’t marked not to sell. She said she had talked with the “manager” just this morning (isn’t that good timing) and he said not to sell anything that was the display.
One employee says yes then another steps In and says no. Way to NOT take care of a customer.
Understand, I’m not dressed like the other yuppies in the store. I am clean cut but was wearing a Cheap Trick tee. If I had on the uniform, khakis & a dress shirt, then it probably would have been a different story. Guess the wife will get a picture and hope the online store delivers. After the fact.

I tried to ask the evening crew on 12/6/24 to make my husband a cup of coffee to sample a not cheap coffee machine I wanted to purchase (note: after his tasting, I had already determined I was going to purchase this coffee machine with the hubby’s approval). To our surprise, they all gave us attitude and brought in the manager who also declined us and told us “they cleaned the machine for the day”. I informed the rude manager I was willing to purchase the machine tonight if my husband could dimply sample the coffee from the machine and her reply was “no”.
