Restock AR — Local services in Rogers

I'm so confused and upset at the moment. A couple months ago I purchased the Sp5der Punk sweat pants in the black colorway. Recently its been so hot outside I decided to take them to a place to sell them and got told they were fake. It was your usually hype store so I didn't think much of it. Until I took it to another store and got the same result. I proceeded to take it to a more high end trusted store since I live near the chicago area and they also told me it was fake and they couldn't accept it. This just has me very disappointed because they have a 100% authentic promise. My final idea was to go through the authentication process on grailed since they are pretty trust worthy. I get back with an email that says it didn't pass their authentication. This is my first time having a problem with restock. Although other times I only order streetwear. I know sp5der is a very replicated brand. I don't even know what I'm supposed to do with this. I don't even want to wear it not because its fake but because its been burning heat in my state. Can someone please email me or something with a refund or exchange? Preferable a refund because this is ridiculous. I don't even want another pair of pants its been 90 degrees everyday! Very...

Absolutely disgraceful business. Took my money, never delivered the item, and then hid behind fake tracking numbers and excuses. PayPal closed the case in their favor despite clear proof. This is not a legitimate store – it’s a scam. Save yourself the headache and your money.

Thanks for your message. I’m the customer who placed the order linked to tracking number LB477286668US. The issue is not about fake or manipulated tracking — the package simply never arrived in Germany. USPS itself confirmed they don’t handle inquiries for First Class International packages, which blocks official proof of delivery from their side.

Since the chargeback was decided without a proper investigation of the actual shipping status, I expect Restock AR to take another look and assist in resolving this loss.

I’m open to providing any additional info needed. Please confirm how you will proceed.

Got sold a fake pair of Sp5der and once they realized I was requesting a different authentic pair, they (and Colin) stopped responding and have ignored me now for a week. Claims I ordered from somewhere else (Colin does this to anyone who has an issue, apparently restock AR is the number 1 website for people to duplicate.) Though my bank confirmed them as the merchant. FRAUD

Go get a cheaper knockoff rather than overpriced fake clothes from restock AR and save your money. Read the reviews and examine the pics.
