Had a team lunch here today. We ordered Mediterranean Hummus, wings, fries, cheesy bread, a margherita pizza and a meat pizza, and the Walnut Gorgonzola salad. The Mediterranean hummus was divine. The bread that’s served with it was something special. The hummus was delicious. The fries and wings are fried in beef tallow, and man could you tell… so crispy and flavorful. They make a their dressings from scratch and don’t use seed oils so we tried the ranch and it was really good. The garlic parm and jalamango sauces for the wings were superb. Their breads and pizza crusts are made with sourdough, and are delicious. The cheese bread was some of the best cheese bread I’ve ever had. The pizzas are also on point. But if I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to order extra cheese on the margherita pizza. This was a great meal, and I will definitely be back to try pastas and calzone.

We chose to sit outside because it's easier that way with a 3 year old. They really needed to clean up the patio. Dried leaves are scattered all around, on the ground and on the furnitures. It was not that well lit, making eating a bit hard. We got an order of calamari, a kid spaghetti, and a 14" Meats Supreme. The calamari was good, probably one of the best in town! Although, it's quite expensive. My kid liked the spaghetti. But the pizza was a huge disappointment. The crust and the pepperoni slices were partially burnt to charcoal. My husband was not able to eat any because the burnt parts made it too bitter to eat. I was so hungry that I had to pick out the burnt parts so I could eat a little. Our server was nice enough to give us a 20% discount. But he forgot to mention to us that they'd charge extra for vegan cheese. Overall, I am not impressed with the place.

Won’t be coming back. Ordered 2 drinks, appetizer, and pizza to share. Drinks were expensive for how small they are. The app we got was the fried ravioli, which was good - the best part of the whole experience. Then we got the wrong pizza at first, no big deal, it happens. Then we got our correct pizza which was ok, definitely not worth $23. The crust is paper thin with a heaping pile of cheese (we ordered the pesto). Server was nice and apologetic the whole time. But the icing on the cake was when we got the bill and discovered that they charge 20.8% in taxes! Twice the usual 9.5 that’s standard in Arkansas. Brought it up to the waiter that this has to be a mistake, but he said there’s nothing he can do about it, and that there is no front-of-house manager. Nice… So if you like mediocre overpriced food, and getting ripped off with taxes, go here.

Artisan Wood Fired Kitchen is a culinary oasis where innovation meets tradition, and every dish and drink is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. My recent visit to this establishment was nothing short of extraordinary, as I had the pleasure of indulging in their phenomenal chicken wings, virgin mojito, pesto chicken pizza with mushrooms, and the unparalleled old-fashioned drink.

Let's start with the chicken wings – a true testament to culinary excellence. Each wing was a crispy work of art, infused with bold flavors and cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. The seasoning was impeccable, striking the ideal balance between savory and spicy, and each bite was a symphony of taste that left me longing for more.

Accompanying the wings was the virgin mojito – a refreshing concoction that transported me to a state of pure bliss with every sip. The blend of fresh mint, tangy lime, and just the right amount of sweetness was nothing short of perfection. It was the ideal companion to the robust flavors of the chicken wings, cleansing the palate and leaving a refreshing sensation with each sip.

And then there was the pesto chicken pizza with mushrooms – a culinary masterpiece that surpassed all expectations. The wood-fired crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing the perfect base for the vibrant flavors that adorned it. The creamy pesto sauce, tender chicken, and earthy mushrooms harmonized beautifully, creating a culinary experience that was nothing short of sublime.

Last but certainly not least was the old-fashioned drink – a true standout in Bentonville and Rogers. Crafted with precision and care, it was a symphony of flavors that danced on the palate with every sip. The richness of the bourbon, the complexity of the bitters, and the subtle sweetness combined to create a cocktail that was both timeless and unforgettable.

Artisan Wood Fired Kitchen has truly set the standard for culinary excellence in Bentonville and Rogers, offering a dining experience that is second to none. From their impeccable chicken wings to their refreshing virgin mojito, mouthwatering pesto chicken pizza with mushrooms, and unbeatable old-fashioned drink, every dish and drink is a testament to their commitment to quality and innovation. If you're in search of a culinary adventure that delights the senses and leaves you craving more, look no further than Artisan Wood...

I'll start by saying Neapolitan pizza is my favorite food and I've eat it whenever I can all around the world. I was very excited to find out we finally have Neapolitan pizza in NWA, because I haven't found anything around here that comes close. Unfortunately, the service here is horrible, and the food is just OK.

Service wise, it seems like I had the same experience a lot of other customers have had. The wait staff we interacted with seemed completely untrained. We had to ask for utensils and plates. When food would come out, the person carrying out the food had no idea which table it was supposed to go to and they would go from table to table asking if that table ordered the item. And during interactions, they just seemed to have no training as to how to proceed or interact with guests (like when a table is done with appetizers and there are empty plates). To be fair, there was nothing that seemed malicious or lazy. But the service was not good.

Onto the food. Overall it was ok to good, but not great. There are a few things that would really up this. First, the food was bland. I would be surprised if anyone in the kitchen was tasting how much salt was in the food. We asked for salt and it made a world of difference. Second, the Margherita had mozzarella that was very thick and rubbery and it seemed like the chef was rationing basil--the pizza had maybe 4 tiny pieces on it. We had the meatball appetizer and it wasn't bad but wasn't anything to mention to anyone (little flavor). Lastly, I was disappointed by the pizza options. While the official list of DOC pizzas is short, it would be nice to see more that are in the same spirit. Perhaps my expectations were just out of line, but a great example of this is Pizzeria Delfina's menu.

In summary, both of these issues are ones that can be resolved, and I hope management takes them seriously, because they have an opportunity to provide some great food that no one else has figured out here and have a solid 4 start place. However, while I'm sure I'll be back, I won't be a regular with the current state of...

I really wanted to like this place. We avoid seed oils as a family and right now my daughter and I are gluten and dairy free. When I saw they could do a gluten free crust without egg in it I was excited.

The regular pizza my husband and dad had was apparently delicious. Our pizza was okay. The middle of the crust was super soft and floppy and the outsides were burnt. There was also barely any sausage on it.

Service— the kitchen messed up my husband and dad’s pizza, no biggie, but when they brought it out they had unevenly placed the toppings so my husband side was small. It also took our waitress 30 minutes and 2 reminders to bring our lemons. I used to serve and definitely have forgotten to bring things out before but that was on nights when I was working 4-5 tables that constantly refilled in a multi step high end restaurant on a weekend. It is a Monday and there were maybe 3-5 tables seated in the restaurant and 2-3 servers working them.

Lastly, we should’ve tipped 10% but the server in me felt bad and still tipped just below 20%. Our server came back with our ticket and said, “we have no small change so is the $20 okay?” We were owed back $20.63. Never in my life have I had a server short change me. The proper response would be to give us up to the next dollar amount of $21. I had to keep my own bank as a server and I would always round up more if the bar or another server couldn’t break a bill for me. I know cents may seem trivial but if the restaurant or the server (if she has to keep her own bank) is doing this frequently, they are either pocketing the money or the business is.

Like I said. I stand behind the mission of the restaurant but the delivery and service was quite disappointing for over $75 dollars on 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and...
