ALDI — Local services in Roseville

I am a huge Aldi fan normally, but extremely frustrated with this location. I normally order curbside pickup for the Little Canada location, and have never had any major issues. In fact, a employee ends up shopping and finishing my pickup order hours ahead of time usually. Due to a misclick I selected this Roseville location instead. The order was placed at 12:40 PM, and I had picked a 5-6 PM pickup window and thought nothing of it. By 5:30 I hadn't received any updates but would arrive at the store at 5:55 within 5 minutes of the end of my timeslot. My order did not start being shopped until 5:55 PM and was not ready until 6:45. Due to the distance of the store from my location, it did not make sense for me to leave the area where I waited almost an hour for my order to be completed. This ruined my evening and I will not be selecting this location for curbside pickup ever again. I highly recommend the Little Canada or any other location for their curbside service. I figured that 4.5 hours (about half a work shift) would be more than enough time for even a busy market to complete this service, but I guess I was wrong. Thoroughly disappointed. Extremely unprofessional and rude employee. I just came in about 15 minutes ago and there was only one cashier ringing up guests I think she had red hair , but she was the rudest person ive ever met in my life. She threw one of the dividers down the area where you put your groceries extremely aggressively and it landed on other guests food items. When I was done ringing up and had paid I tried to take the cart she put my items in so I could move out of the way and pack my items and she snatched the cart out of my hands so hard and yelled at me to stay in line and pack my items in line while there was about six guests waiting behind me. I get that it wasn’t my cart but I had provided a bag for my items to be put in and she didn’t even attempt to let me put them there. I will be contacting HR about this unacceptable behavior. The guests behind her notic d and were bothered as well. They had to wait while she made me pack my items up at the register. She also scoffed when I was paying with cash. I don’t appreciate being yelled at in a place where I am a guest. We also are still in a pandemic and having me stand in that close proximity to another guest and disrupt their guest experience is not acceptable either. I...

I was excited when the new Aldi store in Roseville, MN opened up. So today I left work early and went into the new Aldi store in Roseville this afternoon around 4pm. It wasn't that busy and I saw only 2 people stocking, one in the freezer area and another in the dry goods area. My visit was actually quite disappointing. Many of the produce and bakery shelves were bare. A lot of the items in the Sunday circular were not on the shelves... stocked out or never in stock. I do have to say that the fruits/vegetables that were there looked fresh and good. I did buy some pork ribs, avocados, cantaloupe, zucchini, radishes, cucumbers, limes. No lemons in stock. No blueberries to be found. No mushrooms in stock. The last couple of times into an Aldi store.... Maple Grove, Medina and now Roseville.... they weren't as stocked as I remember them to be...... and I have intentionally varied the times and days I have visited the stores. Maybe I just need to know which is the best day, i.e. when the trucks drop off orders to the stores???

I am hesitant to try this store again.... I may just opt from now on to go to the Wal-Mart across the street or to the nearest Fresh Thyme store or...
