This is the worst place ever. They're extremely very busy. There is hardly any fried rice left and they were going to charge us another a dollar for the beef stir fry when it looks so dark and dried. The food quality looks like garbage. They have 7 people running that place and looks like they can't even run the restaurant at all. I really got to used the restroom bad and the moment I got closer to the women's restroom an employee ran behind and kicked my walking stick almost make me fall. He didn't even say excuses me or sorry at all. I saw him putting in a pin number to open the ladies room. I asked him why is he going into the ladies room? He say he's opening the restroom for another customer. The moment I got into the restroom I haven't even took off my pant and someone is already knocking to put another code to enter. This place is so messed up. I got someone who try to kick my stick and another employee who try to invade my privacy. I went straight to the manager Kaylee and she only saying sorry they have to locked all the restroom because of homeless. No one in the restaurant there were homeless. You got to be kidding me. I got so pissed and this place was not even worth wasting money or energy. Kaylee didn't know how to handle the situation and the quality of their food is not even worth it after all. So in an exchange I have my bf asked kaylee for a refund and we're never coming here ever again! This is the only panda express that locks all of their restroom. There are 20 customers and there were only two restrooms with codes on it. This is the worst panda express ever! Other locations does not do this to their customers. If we're already supporting the business then why lock all the restroom doors? Don't wasted your time here. You're better of going somewhere else. I would rate this zero...

The customer service for online orders. Everyone who showed up to pick up their online orders were ignored, even when people were piling in the corner by the pick-up shelf. Half of the time I come to this location, it's always a challenge to get your online order on time. The staff at the counter look over at us multiple times but didn't even bother to acknowledged or give us a little bit of their time to inquire about our orders. Even flat out ignored a gentlemen who went to the cash register area with his phone ready to verify his online order and no one came to him. One other person waiting for an order finally left after waiting for too long. The staff finally came with his order and asked us if anyone knew where he went and if he was coming back, as if any of us knew. My order was almost 30 minutes late from the designated pick-up time. I could've had faster service if I went through the counter line. But the point of order online and scheduling a pick up is to avoid the line and the wait so it doesn't shorten your lunch time.
The poor quality of the vegetables. They do not check the freshness of the vegetables in their super greens and string bean chicken breasts and it shows. You are better off eating the entrees with no green vegetables. Almost every time I have super greens or other entrees with green vegies in it, I end up picking out half of them off my plate because the vegies looked rotten.

Read moreOn 6/13 @13:23 I stopped at the Roseville Panda Express for lunch. Waited in line to order the food I wanted. Ordered a plate with fried rice, Mushroom Chicken and Black Pepper Angus Steak. I was told the Mushroom Chicken would be 5-7 minutes, so decided to change my order to accommodate the shortage of the item I wanted, so ordered the sesame chicken instead. Got to the counter to pay my bill, the lady behind the register said she would only take a card, as I was attempting to pay with cash. I asked “you don’t take cash?” She responded with she was only filling in and they only take cash in the drive through line. I wanted to pay with cash and would not be using a card, so I said I would go somewhere else and I left. I ask the Manager of this store, What business these days does not take cash and when was that policy change made at Panda Express? I was wearing a blue shirt and tan pants with cash in hand and she would not take it, if the manager cares to review camera footage to validate my report. I really like the food at Panda Express, and it is usually a go to for me when I travel, as I don’t have one near the town I live in. I don’t think I will be spending my money there any longer and will find another option for my lunches in the future. Be ware if you only have cash, the Roseville MN store will not help you and only takes cards at the counter inside the store.
