We stayed for a week. Room was nice, clean, quiet & comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options available. Pool & hot tub were great. I have to say the Customer Service was excellent. We had an incident where someone drove through the parking lot, hit my scooter rack busting right off the hitch. The property manager Brad took the time to go through all the camera footage & spoke to police. The maintenance guy made a few calls, wer had no luck finding the parts to repair it, I had to purchase a new one. We went to assemble it & Brad came outside with all necessary tools & spent his time (& lots of sweat) helping assemble & attaching the new rack to the vehicle. He was very apologetic about the fact that the cameras weren't helpful, even contacted the corporate office, who then comped us a night stay. As much stress as the day brought upon us I couldn't ask for better help in resolving the situation. Certainly didn't expect it. Brad & his team were amazing. If I need to be in the area again, I will definitely be staying there.

By far the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. I recommend staying at a different chain or another location in the twin cities area. We were told upon check in that our room would be cleaned every other day- this was not true. We stayed there 5 days/4 nights and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. There was also no conditioner in the shower when we arrived- but I did not notice this until I was taking a shower the next morning. I asked the front desk to refill the conditioner, and they seemed annoyed at my request because I have long hair, implying I used up all the conditioner and that’s why we were out (despite there being none to begin with). They incorrectly replaced the conditioner bottle and instead put a bottle of lotion in our shower, which I again did not notice until the next morning while I was mid-shower. We gave up and bought conditioner at a store nearby. Stay anywhere else.

Another pretty good hotel right next to the highway. Front desk person was pretty helpful when we checked in and asked questions about the MN state fair. Room was a good size for 2 people and included a fridge and microwave. Pool wad room and area was clean. I did have to ask for the towels to be refilled and guest keys didn't work so the front desk person had to come open it. Downsides, the USB charging ports and outlets didn't work on the nightstand. The hallways could have used a good daily vacuum. Lots of crumbs and random things on the floor. There was a safety pin there when we checked in and 2 days later when we checked out. Also, the door to the room was very stiff. So if you wanted to swing that bad boy open like tada I'm here for the day it ain't happening. You hit that tight spot and bam the door is coming back at you like not today 😁!

I stayed here for a quick weekend. I have stayed at many Hampton inns. The positive with this hotel is we had a two clean suite. The room was very nice. It was big. It was clean. I did like the room. Outside of that the staff was horrible. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and have always checked in via the app. I always check in do the digital key choose my room and I'm done. I am unsure why this property forced me to come to the desk and hand them a credit card yet my credit card was in the app. They gave me room keys because the digital key did not work right away. Regardless of that the staff behind the counter when I checked in was rude the staff making coffee in the morning was rude. I was very very very very very very disappointed in this property. I've stayed at multiple Hampton Inns and never had a problem. I don't understand why I was charged an extra $25 or $30 for incidentals. Yes it came back off my card but again I always check in via the app with my card in the app. Yet I was forced to hand them my card when I checked in. I really don't understand that. Breakfast was not very good. I just had bananas and apples and coffee. The eggs were running the sausage was I don't even know what my daughter had a waffle which was fine. We returned to the Twin Cities area many times a year. We will not be staying at this property again. I do not fault overall Hampton Inns but I do fault this one. If you are looking for a clean room this is it if you're looking for a good service and nice staff...

The Hampton Inn 2050 Iona Roseville Mn. I checked in carrying two large bags. I started toward the elevator after check-in and was told they are out of order. I explained that I am handicapped and needed the elevators. I received a shrug of the front desk clerk’s shoulders. She then pointed to the stairs and said those would be the closest to my room, on the top floor I was not offered another room that did not require stairs. I was not offered a time frame for when the elevator would be fixed. I asked to be notified when the elevator was fixed. I was not notified when the elevator was repaired. I explained that if I get hurt the hotel will be held responsible, I got a “So”. I started my trip up to the top one painful step after another. The landing between the second and third floor was used by me to put down the bags and take a break so that I could continue, the pain at this point was excruciating. Throughout the night I got very little sleep. The next morning not knowing if the elevator was fixed I took the stairs again (down is easier), but I still ended up sitting on the grass trying to calm down the pain. The apathy was...

Right in the vicinity of some passable restaurants and some fantastic Mediterranean food, this hotel has everything I'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The decor is up to date, the showers are walk-in with sliding glass doors, and the faucets have that magical dead zone that takes the water, both in the sink and the shower, from unpleasantly lukewarm to unbearably scalding in a matter of moments, with no compromise. My favorite part is the shower light, which turns off automatically if there's no motion detected in what feels like 30 seconds. Yes, that includes showering! Nothing wakes me up faster in the morning than slamming a sliding glass door mid-shower, repeatedly, as the light decides well lit showers are a thing of the past. The rage alone keeps me going all day long. Aside from that, what's there to say? They provide to-go breakfast with some oat bars, water, and an apple. The regular Hampton Inn breakfast I see at most hotels with the name is present as well. My room was quiet and clean. I slept pretty well and didn't have any complaints besides the above. I'll stay here again if work takes me this way...
