For starters this is how the bathroom was when I arrived the toilet was leaking because the bolts where so rusted out that the toilet moved from side to side the shower had toilet water everywhere and the ac was set on 66 degrees but couldn't seem to get cold just ran all the time and the refrigerator seal was falling apart to where it didn't seal the door so all the food or drinks you would buy would get warm and go bad for a upscale development you would expect better and for the price you pay as well this is something I would expect at a motel for $30 a night not $80 a night very disappointed. When I complained about the room for the next night to stay in they did switch me into a different room but still charged me for for 2 nights never once did they offer to credit me for the original room they had me in or anything. All they cared about was getting money for another night stay. Or did I once get a appolige for anything and the only reason they offered to switch me rooms is because maintenance said it was too much to fix but if they could of fixed it they would of and kept me in the same room. Which I wouldn't even call it a room it looked more like a office that was turned into a room

We loved this place. Very impressed with the price for the king size suite, very nice pool with tropical plants and statues of dolphins and turtles.. and it went to 10 feet deep. Plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Walking distance to the gas station where they had Krispy kream donuts and other snacks. They had a barber shop on site as well as a restaurant and Tiki bar. But also walking distance to other restaurants. The room was so nice with the full kitchen, dressers, work desk, couch, chair and a sitting area out back over looking the lake. We will go back!

Spacious rooms, flat screen TVs, memory foam pullout couches... and get to grill out. I really love it here, especially when I can grill out and have fun in the pool and I love the fact its a pet friendly place... I miss my ESA certified dog. Love the view too, especially being on the west side since I normally live near the east coast. Spacious bathroom as well. Wish they had more TV channels but that won't affect my visit here. The reason they lost a star is because the door keys stop working after a few days even though I pay weekly here.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of two weeks. ||Good points:||Location: It is situated close to several grocery stores, a nice equestrian neighborhood, and a main artery that makes accessing attractions convenient.||Front office staff: Helpful, friendly, and efficient. ||Their deluxe suites have balconies that overlook a large pond. There are birds to see especially in the early morning and at dusk. ||Their suites have windows and doors that open so you can get good airflow. ||Their suites are well appointed with a full- size fridge, a microwave, and some dishes. Bathrooms have a tub and shower combo. Beds are comfortable.||A coin laundry is on site, which is very convenient for longer stays.||There is ample parking so parking close to the room is easy. ||The ground seemed safe, and the hotel has after- hours security staff. ||Prices for the suites are reasonable for what they offer. Wellington during the high season is extremely expensive, and this place is a good value overall.||Things that could use improvement:||We initially stayed in a regular room. There is no other way than to say the room stank terribly of something, and, on top of it, it was not cleaned well. Our socks became dirty just walking around in it! It may not have been typical for all their standard rooms, but that room was simply unacceptable at any price. We are glad we gave the suites a try, but I would recommend checking any room before committing to it. ||The furniture in the rooms is rather dated. Curtains are tired. The suite balconies could use some cleaning around their rails and corners.||The sound proofing is not the best. For most of our stay, the other guests were considerate, and it was quiet. A couple of nights some people partied in the parking lot, and it was very loud. Security came, but it took a while for the noise to abate.|||So, overall, based on my experience, I would recommend the hotel’s suites but not their regular rooms. If you are looking for a budget- friendly, serviceable hotel, this will likely do nicely for you. If you are looking for even a hint of luxury, I recommend staying else...

Currently stayed for one night, everything was going good tell around 11:00am. Me and my boyfriend realized that the door to the room we were in was opening from the outside even when you try to lock it from the inside it still would open. So me and my boyfriend made the decision to leave because it was already late we didn’t see anyone in the front office and safety comes first, but as we were leaving we see the security guard we tell him about the situation and immediately goes and checks to see if he can fix the door well that didn’t work he couldn’t fix it. So he goes and checks to see if their is any other rooms that would be open near us and cleaned, well as we where looking in the windows to see witch rooms are clean we find one that is not that bad but still not cleaned by the cleaning lady. As the security guard is walking away we notice that the green light on the door was still on so that means the door is unlocked, he sees me messing with the door before he pulls away and said is it okay, i said I don’t think this light is going off so it won’t lock, so he comes back try’s to get the light off so the door will lock he couldn’t get it off he said it could be the battery’s, so we move to another room that was still not clean by the cleaning lady but was not that bad to where we could not sleep in it.We also had to bring our sheets and pillows from our original room so we did not use anyone else’s sheets. Be mindful that this all was going on between 11:00am - 1:00am in the morning I was tired and annoyed about the situation. Had to switch rooms twice and they weren’t clean! So disappointed from this stay because usually it is all fine...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I booked a room here for my sister and her husband. This used to be a great hotel, but no longer. The place was super sketchy. My sister and her husband said after they got checked in and went to their room, the room they went to looked like it was already occupied, because it was. Then they went back to the office to get a new room. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come down, they finally got a new room. It was not nice, dirty, smelly, but they ended up staying two of the three nights they were meant to be there. They checked out the third morning, instead of staying that night because the room was pretty awful and they did not feel safe.

When I got my statement, I saw that I was charged for the original price of the room, I was refunded one night that they ended up not staying, and then they charged me also the modified price also. So in the end I was charged around $700 for a crappy room that they stayed in for two nights. When I tried to call the business, on multiple occasions to figure out what happened, they never answered their phone and never returned my call when I left a voicemail. I opened a dispute with my credit card company, but they were unable to refund my money because I did not have the receipts. The hotel also lied to my credit card company for the extra charge and they refused to refund it, how do I know, I still have not had that money...
