On Thursday, December 30th at 5:51pm I ordered 2 medium pizzas online for Curbside Pick Up. Upon completion of order, I proceeded to store at the suggested time of 6:20 pm, parked in the designated Curbside Pick Up space and dialed the number listed in my email confirmation. Waited on hold for 9 minutes, someone answered the phone, asked me for my phone number and asked how they could help me. I said I was at Curbside Pick Up and promptly got disconnected. I called back, was on hold for another 5 minutes. Someone answered, told me they could take my order as they were a call center. I explained I had already placed my order online 40 minutes earlier. They tried to transfer me to the store, but the connection was so static, I hung up, entered the store and asked for my pizza, explaining what had transpired. I told them Pizza Hut should not offer curbside pickup if their system didnât work. My stone-cold pizzas were handed to me and I got rude simultaneous excuses from 3 people and was told not to come back. NOT TO WORRY. WONâT EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. I asked to have my order remade and delivered to business address as we never had this issue with location prior however today I was faced with such unprofessional behavior that Sanitas will not utilize your company ever again as a result. Driver, Benjamin, showed up and did not provide me with my 2 liter Pepsi and proceeded to tell me I did not order or pay for it and the store did not give it to him. I asked for my receipt and he also stated that he did not have one. He did not ask to see my ID for placing the order on the phone using my debit card. I then called the store myself and was told that I did in fact order the Pepsi and paid for it and the driver was supposed to have checked my id and provided me with a receipt. When transferred to a manager someone ansered and would bot speak and then the line started giving me a busy signal. Thanx for stealing my money and bot caring to rectify the problem.
