AVOID UNCLEANLINESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ALL COST! I love this restaurant, but unfortunately this location is absolutely horrible. This location is dirty, trash all over the floor outside, the tables are not clean, old food left on the table, appears to be animal feces on the floor outside in the dinning patio area. The manager is completely rude, unaccommodating and unprofessional. We ordered a meal to go and when we got home to eat our meal, we realized our sides were not there. We called to ask for a credit for next time and the manager immediately refused and said no refunds, she lied and said she left the order on the side and we should have picked it up. There was nothing left on the side other than what she handed to my husband. Even if there was, how would we know that was our order and not someone else’s? It was clear she was trying to cover the fact the she, as the manager of the restaurant, was so incompetent that she did not give my husband our order. After asking for a credit the manager gave the phone to an employee and refused to speak to us over the phone. Instead of resolving the issue she escalated the problem refusing to say the truth and give us a credit. The manager lacks costumer service skills and should NOT be managing a restaurant if she cannot handle client complaints and keep the area clean especially during the time of a pandemic. After complaining about this matter to an EMPLOYEE, she finally said she would credit me with the order that I was not given when I come back. After I pick up the order which I paid for, I will NEVER visit this location again and I will make sure the people I know do not visit this location either. It’s a shame that this location does not live up to the expectations that the founders of Delicias De La Abuela...

What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Carolina. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our meal. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine passion for making guests happy reflect the true meaning of great service. Read moreI am giving this place 2 stars because honestly the waitress was very sweet and kind. However, the food was a big issue. They took a very long time to bring my son’s food and they forgot my side of beans. When I asked for the side of beans they brought me super cold beans, then by the time they brought the beans my entire food was cold. To top it all of, someone came into the restaurant with a big dog and when the untrained dog made someone uncomfortable, the owner (who seems to be a friend of the staff because she went to the back of the restaurant) got really loud and disrespectful. She was throwing a full on tantrum while the couple just tried to explain they only asked if the person could move the dog and that the dog should not be in the restaurant. The staff did not say anything or intervene, instead one of the staff let the dog jump all over her. The dog’s owner bragged to the staff about the encounter and they just shrugged it off! In addition, it is our second and last bad experience at this restaurant, we are taking our...
