It was suppose to be a dinner date with my youngest daughter. However, the evening turn to a little bite of a disaster. First the check-in, the host, without checking who came in first, start directing a couple to their table because she wanted to be vocal about waiting for two minutes. I had to step in front of the couple and correct them, that we were here first and have a reservation. Then, after we were shown to our table, it took over 10 minutes for anyone to come by to take out order for drinks. I had to flag someone down. My daughter was hungry already, so, I directed her to the buffet section, so she can eat. It took another fifteen minutes before I got my order of drink, an Old Fashion. By that time, we had already finished our appetizers and started on our main course.
By the way the couple that attempted to cut in front of us, was attempting to secure a table for six people, then took it upon themselves to make a table for ten people, right next to me and my daughter. The entire night kept bumping into me as they got up to secure more food, without one single “excuse me,” or “I sorry for bumping your chair.” The staff, which their was plenty of, where just running around. No, management level supervision. The gentleman that greeted us, took our drink order, sometime cleared the table, and also brought me our check and the end of service.
As for the food, it was average. It was Hyderbabadi night (Food from the city of Hyderabad, India). The food was lukewarm at best. Lot of the common favorite dishes were out and the kitchen could not keep up. I believe the best dish of the night was the chicken biryani.
As for dessert, they had a deconstructed apple pie with some Indian spices and two homemade ice cream (on the soft side).
Overall, the slow service, lukewarm food, and lack of ample food quantity, left the dinner service short to be desire. Maybe this was an off night, will give them a shot again...
Read moreHadn't been to this place in a few years and always remember it for its stunning flavors and service. Went for dinner on 5.11.2023 with a great sense of anticipation. First off, the server Naina was absolutely amazing. So sweet attentive and informative. The other servers in the restaurant and I think one was the manager were also really nice too. Now the food. It was good but not great like I remembered. Appetizers were ok. We had the spinach pakora on recommendation which was great. The samosas came out luke warm though and the chicken 65 was chewy, tiny and a bit dry. We ordered a few curries and a biryani. The butter chicken was quite nice but we also ordered a chic ken Tikka Masala which was also sweet and tasted so similar. That should not ever be the case with those two dishes. I suspect that they used the same base because the curries tasted really similar and that was disappointing. We also had the ammas chicken and a methi chicken from the back page of the menu. Both were good but again, even though spicy (heat wise), both had a sweet undertone. The flavors were on the flat side with the typical Indian spices not really coming through. We tasted more of the sweet and heat rather than spices and again that was disappointing. The biryani was 5 star. Excellent and very flavorful. Gulab Jamon and kulfi were great as was the rasmalai. All in all the food was decent but too sweet for our liking. Almost feels like they are going in the direction of mainstream American food which is unbearably sweet and lacks character. All that said, the overall experience was wonderful and I'd go again just because everyone is so nice. Id love to see them go back to their more authentic flavors of a few...

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attentiveness was simply outstanding. The entire staff, especially Jack, made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We chose to sit outside, and unlike many places, they never overlooked us—checking in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed.
A standout aspect was their thoughtful accommodation of dietary needs. My wife had an abundance of gluten-free options to choose from, which made her experience even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in both service and menu offerings was remarkable.
And then there was the food—on another level entirely. The depth of flavor was something I didn’t even know I had been missing. Every dish was crafted with such expertise that it left a lasting impression. To top it all off, the surprise dessert at the end was a thoughtful touch that truly made the evening feel special.
This restaurant deserves to be recognized as one of the best in South Florida. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. We can’t wait to...
