The first impresion was a bit outdated, need renovation kind of place. The service was excellent, very happy employees. I order some pastry but they all seem like the same pastry in a different shape, and taste the same.The bread was more of a baguette style not the Latin type I'm used to have. Although I have to admit the baguette style bread was very delicious and super hot. Flan was one of the best I ever had, large portion. The prices were a bit high and not a lot of variety of anything. The place style lacks identity making it hard to identify the culture you're experiencing while in it. Maybe that's what the owners intended, to relate with hispanics in general. It's it colombian, cuban, honduran, Spanish, puertorrican, cuban??? It's a mystery!!! Overall a nice comfortable place strait from el barrio of some unknow...

Terrible service, server didn’t bring the complimentary bread even after we asked. The pan pan chicken sandwich was thin in meat and heavily breaded, the chicken meat was not even white but yellowish grey, did not eat 75% of my sandwich.

They brought us room temperature coffee, said that beef Colombian empanadas would take 15 minutes to make, then proceeded to bring them out in 2 mins and you could tell they were old and looked off.

Food is very high priced for the low quality food they are serving. Save your money and go to Rinconcito or Bodegon or any other Latin restaurant that has fair prices and good servers who pay attention

The servers that worked that day were not attentive at all (Went there a week ago on Dec 1st 2024 with my family )

Absolutely terrible customer service, they are completely dumb in the phone don't even know their menu, I had to call 3 times to finally be answered, asked a question about they day special and was treat like crazy for asking it such a late time when I was 3pm which I understand there is no more but simply being treat like I'm nuts for asking was just unbelievable, then I was driving and ask for something else to pick up and they said I have to pay by phone first?? Which I couldn't bc I was driving and I explained that that was in my way but denied bc they were about to close and they don't want to make food anymore so we have to pay in advance 😱🤯I was blowed away by that customer service so yea never going there again!! Good luck to that business employeen...
