KFC — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

We ordered 12 whole wings in the drive thru. First we were told 15 minutes. We told them that's fine we'll wait. Then after we paid the guy he told us now it'll be 25 minutes. We were trying to figure out what we were going to do & why anything would take this long to cook, when the guy came back again and said 45 minutes!! This Kentucky is ridiculous!!! Also, the Manager was there at the drive thru window. I told him, all they had to say was they turned the fryer off. Anything than to keep increasing the time!! It was obvious they did not want to complete the order. This was 9:10 pm & they close at 1am. The guy at the drive thru window was very polite & it was obvious that he was uncomfortable telling us what they were telling him. From now my husband & I will go to establishments that welcome us...

Decided to write this review because I ate at this location about an hour ago and my stomach is in pain due to the oily chicken. I literally tore my chicken apart and the oil was just dripping from my fingers. When I pulled in the drive-through they told me that they were short on sides and had no drinks, but they still try to ask me if I wanted a combo meal? How can I have a combo If they have no sides and no drinks? This is by far the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. I own my own business and if I gave my customers the same kind of business I would not have one. I hope the manager takes the time to address the situation because I would hate for anybody to have a stomach ache like I do after choosing this place to eat after my long shift....

Absolutely horrible!! I just got home with my food I ordered the 12 pc family meal and I get it’s fast food but when you pay 40$ for a 12 pc chicken and three sides you would at least expect your food to be made correct!!! The chicken was so old that the skin didn’t want to tear apart and the meat was so dried out and old and the sides were barley filled half way.. they couldn’t even get the sides right!!! I tried to call and of course no answer and when I ordered the food I was given attitude lol his location is absolutely insane he worst and this is the second time they have done this the first time my chicken was still particularly raw and I chose not to complain but this time around is...
