Well, just came out from the store and this owner Gemma i ordered a cake from her and just reminding her not to forget the cake for sat and then she started raising her voice and started shouting at me. I just reminding her about my order for sat and react like that. Well, see how rude she is wow really poor costumer service as most people say to that store. She even told me she will not make my cake anymore well i will not die without her cake lol. And the worst thing she even rip the paper where she wrote my order for sat.. She just prove that she doesnt value her costumers and no manners at all. If this happen to me for sure she will do the same thing to others. She doesnt have the right to shout at me or even raise the voice at me FYI im paying for your service show some respect!!!! Anyhow there is a saying Treat people the way you want to be treated THAt’s the way she want to be treated too.. And if she will keep treating her costumer like that she will ruin her business. Goodluck one day Karma will come to you!!! Will not recommend this store to anyone its not worth it specially if the owner will treat you without respect. YOUR Earning because of us, you should know how to value your costumers but before that Learn to Have Manners, its...
Read moreAbsolutely delicious food, and the staff was nice, too. I ordered the ginataang langka and halo-halo. The ginataang langka was savory and creamy; it reminded me a lot of clam chowder or cream of mushroom soup but with a slightly more herbal/fragrant taste. It comes with rice and is vegetarian. I was surprised how much food it was considering it was only $6!
The halo-halo was great, too, and pretty large. The ube ice cream in it was somewhat icy, but since you're supposed to mix it all up anyway, it wasn't that off-putting.
If was fun to brows the small grocery section while I waited for my order. I bought a bag of chips, as well.
A bunch of small details about the restaurant were unexpected to me though: (1) you pay at the register after you're done eating, (2) they didn't serve water or any drinks along with the meal, and I assume this is because it's the type of restaurant that doesn't have waiters, and (3) my order and my friend's order were served to us on the same plate. We each had individual plates for ourselves though. These aren't necessarily bad, but they might be...
Read moreThe Worst ever! They owner is incredibly demeaning and our right rude. We are from the Cebu City and our friend from Luzon was visiting so we decided to find a Pinoy restaurant and this turned up in our search. On Saturday they say they are open until 7pm- we arrived 630pm No one served us and I had to ask the owner who is PuTee and - when I asked him if we could order, He said " THAT AINT HAPPENINNG" with a rude tone and a look of anger. So we just looked at each other (my wife daughter and friend) and left. I would not suggest any self respecting Philipino to ever go there. The owner is very mean and has no customer service at all. I hope another Pinoy restaurant opens in the area, until then we will just cook our own dishes at home. The WORST experience ever. ...
