They have quite alot of things in the store, and most of the time I am able to find what I am looking for. But I do not know who this woman is whether she is the store manager or not, but as me and my daughter where trying to buy something, the item did not have a price tag on it. As we wait for her she comes back with a completely different version of the item we wanted. We told our cashier she had replaced it and the cashier went and told her. I went and followed her to see if i could find another one but as i walked toward her she rips the tag off the other item and starts claiming that that was the price. I tried to explain to her that the tag in her hand was the incorrect price, and she says "i dont know what to tell you ma'am this is the price and I am not changing it" as she walked away from me." I then told her we did not want it anymore and she said ok and threw it on the table. I love the store but I believe that some of the people working there need to learn how to talk to customers because this is not the first time I have had a issue...
Read moreI went in with my boyfriend and apparently the cashier did not remove one of the tags. We went back with the receipt and the item for them to remove. One of the workers told us that the item was never scanned and made us pay the item, which we had no problem doing. However, they made us pay for an extra item we did not have and would not show on the receipt (we bought 5 items only and made us pay for an extra one). We spoke to the manager Carmen and she told us they had to make an investigation and look at the cameras to make sure. She told us to come back in 2 weeks and see her. We came back two weeks later and she would not appear at all. They told us she had the afternoon shift and we waited but she never appeared. Thankfully we explained our situation to Wendy and she helped us and gave us the refund. More likely, Carmen was not expecting us...
Read moreEmployees not the friendliest on the floor. It’s enough to have to deal with rude people who shop here daily and whole nother to have to deal with rude employees, including the manager. Went to check out, asked about discounting an item that clearly wasn’t discounted enough considering it was missing a main component. It was only marked down $1.49 while missing the charger. To buy a charger for this thing would cost more than $1.49. The manager, Mark, I believe his name was, was completely rude about me even asking . Mind you I asked in a very politely put question. He wouldn’t even make eye contact me and said nope, That’s the price too bad. Total jerk. Maybe he needs to learn how to deal with customers a little better.
