Best price in the area, and you get a lot for your dollar. Large and clean rooms, sufficient parking, quick check in, and a bunch of premium TV channels. Only complaint is the terrible, possibly unsafe, breakfast. Breakfast consisted bread, butter, coffee, milk, apple juice, standard dry cereal, and pancake sausage on a stick. The pancake sausage is the part that made me pause. There was a case of them in the fridge, but they usually are required to be frozen until heated. They were also kind enough to place a bunch of them in the clear bread box on the counter. This box is not refrigerated, at all. I would like the hotel owner, to be considerate of his customers well being, and familiarize his/her self with basic food safety standards. We got exactly what we asked for to suit our needs. The front window was fine for check in, I'm 65 and my hearing isn't great but the lady was very nice and patient with me. The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was clean and comfortable, we have no complaints. The building itself may be older but the integrity is sound. There wasn't a lot of noise, none that was bothersome. We were also respectful of the property and other guests. I have a therapy dog and a puppy. Every time we go to Arkansas we will definitely stay at American Inn and Suites in Russellville. We were there September 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2022. I could relax and rest. I was there to visit my 94 year old Mother in hospice with stage 4 colon cancer that has spread through out her tiny little 80 pound body. I will always reserve the same room we...

This place is easier to find off I40 than some say, it's situated in a hotel/motel district near the lake. It is an older property and shows it's age a little, but pleasant. It has smoking rooms and allows pets (and has some "green" areas around the buildings). The front office folks were extremely nice and made sure we had our accomodations requests fulfilled (smoking, ground floor, pet). This sort of room is hard to find. The room itself, however, was not at all clean, it was just passable and it was not generously stocked, but if you ask the cleaning staff, they are happy to give you additional pillows or towels.Only soda machines, no other vending.
