This place is a joke. The staff was super friendly when we were checking in. But once we got checked in, we were scrutinized over everything we did. They would stare at us and count the objects we brought in. We paid for the entire week and were given a discount for a weekly rate. A couple hours after we checked in, the hotel manager called me and said we need to leave. WHAT?!? He said we were sneaking people into our room and they had been watching us on surveillance. He also said we had too many dogs. We had 2 which we told them about during checkin. Umm no, our friends who we were visiting in Russellville were hanging out with us in our room. He said I don’t care, please check out. My husband requested a refund for the nights we aren’t being allowed to use and was told no refund until the next day once we leave. And that we had to pay the full price for the night and the discount was revoked AFTER we had already paid.
During the short time we were there, we noticed the bathroom door lock was broken, the microwave didn’t work, and the toilet clogged almost immediately and we had no way to plunge it. The room was decently clean but it seemed like...

Read moreI came to the Days Inn and stayed for a month for work in the area and I am beyond pleased with the quality of my stay. Everything is clean. The pool, fitness center, free breakfast (eggs, cereal, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, toast, all juices, and coffee), washer/dryer, tv with all channels, and housekeeping are all top notch. The price was awesome and the management and employees all genuinely care about all concerns you may have and if you are having a quality stay. I have zero complaints or concerns. If I am ever back in the area I would be more than happy to stop back by.
For anyone who wants any more information: The rooms had beds that were very soft, had small refrigerators, microwaves, blow dryer, tv with an astonishing amount of channels, and coffee pots. If staying long term the rooms were cleaned every other day which was amazing. It is very quiet and in a safe area with access to Ihop , Cracker Barrel, Burger King, and the 3D Diner within...
