Waffle House — Restaurant in Russellville

I placed a order at 11:29 PM at 2404 N Arkansas Ave. Russellville Ar. Waffle house . I have placed several orders at this waffle house before today 8/8/23. I order my usually Patty Melt plate on wheat bread with hashbrowns scattered, smothered, chunk. my understanding that scattered means onions, smothered means cheese, chunk mean diced ham. And pattymelts come with grilled onions , bacon, beefpatty, and your choice of bread white or wheat ! I picked up my order when I got there the young lady waiting on me, must have been the one that took my order, because I had to keep repeating what I wanted, the cook look like a dear in head lights, as if he or she not sure and that don't matter , but they just stood there and starring at me ! Anyways I get home and this is what I had in my poor waffle house sack/ bag . My patty melt consisted of 1 small patty between 2 slices of wheat bread, that's it ....No cheese,grilled onions, bacon . I forgot to mention I had order a double hashbrowns , scattered, smothered, chunk . I barley got enough for 1 order and the only thing on the hashbrowns was diced ham, that's it. I was charged for the second helping of hash browns, I was charged for togo service charge, 1.18 I was charged togosupply fee . Needless to say I am not happy at all ....Here it is folks no one has integrity any more...If these employees needed more training....and they did...then someone needed to be there to help. Me as a customer ...I don't want to hear excuses if a new hire is having issues about whatever, then they should be told, to tell the customer please wait let me get my supervisor to help me with this order etc. I would be more understanding to that, than getting home with my order screwed up, but I still paid...

I am a truck driver so I eat at many places through the week and while this place has been one of my favorites for a very long time today that ended . I was here last night and The food was ok.... you can't really mess up breakfast food too easily even though I know it has been done! But the service today of all days the waitress completely ignored the fact that I was sitting there to order she just ignored me completely after dropping my silverware off then she went on to the next table who came in after me long after me actually I had been sitting there quite a while already, to take their order she didn't even ask me if I was ready to take my order she said oh we got light at the end of the tunnel we had a big to go order I don't care about all that I wanted breakfast and on Christmas morning I should have been able to get a decent meal without having to beg for someone to pay attention to me. So this place only gets one star because I had to leave a star to be able to leave a review I will be going to the other Waffle...

Customer service is 2 she didn’t greet us when we walked in gave us a dirty table looked like she hates her job. Cook was cooking taking gloves off to text then grabbed cheese without putiing gloves on and all. Check your cameras and you will see him doing that. Very unprofessional, lack of communication and lazy workers. Girl was sitting at booth gossiping instead of working . Ruined experience Waffle House do better hire better employees this is not acceptable. Lady was so rude !! Please . We came last night other lady was nice this one was so lazy she didn’t even want to serve us. Check cameras for today at 11 and see...
