Subway — Restaurant in Russellville

It was very busy at the time due to being around lunch time for day shifters going to lunch. The two ladies working were definitely busy and doing the best they could to get everyone taken care of. My sandwich was good and just the way I ordered it! Like all Subway's restaurants in my personal opinion it was kinda expensive my sandwich and cookies and drink were 21.00$ I got the monster foot long. When paying the card reader asks if you want to give a tip I would have loved to tipped these hard working ladies but after the price I just didn't have enough left and I often wonder if this would even go to the people who are actually doing the work in the first place. Not really fond of restaurant who throw the tip thing in your face especially before you have the chance to taste the food and all most seem to expect a tip. More restaurants seem to be doing this not just subway. To me tips are earned not to be expected. Restaurant owners especially large chains should pay their hard workers a decent wage and leave the tip as a option to the individual customer not seemingly a demand from the company! Anyways overall pleased with the service I received...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this Subway location was absolutely unacceptable. I walked in and was completely ignored by the staff for several minutes while they chatted behind the counter. When someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering a sandwich. The employee was visibly annoyed, rushed through making the sandwich, and barely listened to what I was asking for. Half the toppings were missing, the bread was torn, and everything was sloppily thrown together. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like napkins and a bag, and was met with eye rolls. To top it all off, the store wasn't clean—trash overflowing, tables dirty, and the soda machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. Subway used to be a reliable place to grab a quick bite, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters, and this location clearly...

First timers! Five stars all around! We accidentally kept two workers from thier break in the late afternoon Tuesday (5/2/23)... but, they were very accomidating and fun! We got 2 quick sandwiches and some cookies! All fresh really yummy (even the avacado!) My 8yo mentioned that they spread the ingredients out really evenly, and that isnt how it always is ☺️Also, one of the guys was saying the italian herb and cheese bread was the best he had ever made it. It was the best IH&C bread I have ever had. Perfect! Will try to stop back by next time we pass through! Ate on the road. So...
