My review is based on getting managment's attention on how the housekeeping should communicate with Guests. I only stay at a few select brand hotels because of their reputation and service and professionalism. I stayed at this hotel per my daughter's request since she had a pagent to participate in. I am a member of the Bonvoy program and there were 2 hotels in walking distance of this one which I would have preferred but I said Ok. ||I was also traveling with my 78 year old mother. I learned the last night of staying in the hotel this hotel has a very strict non-negotiable late checkout policy. (I am a member of 2 hotel chains where there is flexibility but I only use it when absolutely necessary). So after learning of this, I advised my Mom we would have to wait 7 hours driving around the town until the Pagent doors opened in the evening. Not happy, but I accepted and learned my lesson. And I would only be asking for 2 hours.||I started moving all the luggages out by 10:55am. I advised my Daughter and my 78 mother to stay in the room as I transported large luggages to the rent a car with the help of the luggage carriers the hotel offered. I didn't want my mother to help because she had somewhat injured herself trying to move her items into the hotel. I need to perform 3 roundtrips. | |On the way back on round 3, my mother and daughter came down the elevator and advised a hispanic housekeeping female knocked on the door and said "Do you know it's passed 11am". ||I sure enough wished I was there because that is not the way an employee of a hotel should talk to a guest. I want the GM to train this person on how to talk to guest. She needs to be retrained with "Are you all checking out today or need any help" would have come off much better. My mother would have said, my daughter advised me to stay since she is loading by herself luggages and other items and would be back any minute. Instead my mother grabbed the few items she had along with my daughter and proceeded downstairs. I needed to make sure everything was accounted for because we have been missing items. ||I would never get this kind of treatmen from the...

Had a friendly lady checking me in. My room was very spacious and clean.
When I pulled up, there were no signs marked well to indicate where they’re located. They’re currently going through major renovations outside. Be sure to pardon their mess.
Follow your GPS to get to the main entrance. Before you turn left on E. Harrell Dr, you will see a newly built Starbucks on your right.
LOBBY: When I walked into the lobby it was brightly lit, clean with modern furniture. In the lobby if you arrive during busy times, you have option to sit in one of the four purple chairs or a large grey couch.
ROOM: My check-in was smooth and efficient. Once I arrived in my room, it was so spacious and clean. My room had a king bed, a big couch to relax and a large office desk with chair.
BATHROOM: The bathroom was very clean and modern. My favorite part was modern mirror that had LED accent lighting. One of my other favorite parts about this bathroom is abundance of towels and how neatly they were decorated. It’s always nicer to have more towels than fewer. You’ll also enjoy complimentary, “Old Town Apothecary,” shower products.
BREAKFAST: The next morning, I went downstairs for breakfast, around 8:20AM, before they close. The space was large with plenty of seating to enjoy hot breakfast. My eggs and sausage links, overall, tasted good. I do believe they were sitting in warmer tray for a while. My eggs were difficult to cut through and the sausage links didn’t taste as juicy and tender, when they first come off hot skittle.
For breakfast, they do offer good selection of cold and hot, self-serve beverages. They offer great selection of hot teas, “Rituals - by Bigelow.”
Overall, my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Staff did a great job accommodating each guest. The lady during breakfast, did a wonderful job making sure everything was provided and kept area clean and enjoyable for breakfast guests. I would recommend this place and look...
Read moreRooms were good. Could use update. The recliner in the room had the faux leather ripped off in places. A few holes/dents on the walls. Base board needs to be replaced. In a okay part of town. Didn't feel super unsafe granted my entire family lives there so I've been a ton. Front desk staff was super nice, quick check in. Breakfast was alright the only thing I had an issue with was the breakfast host was CLEARLY VERY SICK. You could hear her coughing and sneezing in the back. Over and over again. Then when she came out she looked miserable. Also, she took EVERYTHING down at 9:45. Breakfast isn't over until 10. That was crazy to me. Like threw EVERYTHING OUT And shut it all down. Rooms were spacious. We had two. One deluxe family suite. With a king bedroom & pull out. Then a handicap king suite with a Roll-in Shower. There was no shower chair which was crazy to me. I didn't shower but if I was going to I would have needed one. It's pretty centrally located. There's a Cracker barrel right next door. Then down the road there's a New China (so good. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Been eating there for 17 years now). Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center. There's also a burger King, steakhouse, waffle house, and a subway. I also highly recommend Taco Villa Down the way. It's all cash or check but it is so so so worth it. There's also 2 gas stations right there, too! Over all it was a great stay, we...
