Burger King — Restaurant in Russellville

Ordered Whopper Combo (no veggies, no sauce) with Cheddar Bites, Chicken Sandwich Combo (no pickles) with Fries and a side of Chicken Fries this (2/13/22) Sunday evening. Typically I wouldn’t make a big deal about fast food chains messing up an order but…yea… (Let me preface this with the fact that the following is not an exaggeration by any means.) -Whopper came with veggies and loaded with sauce to the point it had literally saturated the bun into dissolving mush. -Chicken sandwich came with no veggies or sauce. I don’t care that they burned the chicken in the grand scheme of things. -Fries were still frozen on the inside. -Chicken fries were burned to the point that it could be crumbled into an inedible chalk like substance. On the upside though, they got the drinks right, but I give most of the credit to their fountain drink machine than to their staff if we’re being completely honest. I do not want/need a refund. I only type this in hopes that their GM and/or Franchisee might take notice of what’s going on at this...

I don't know how many times these guys can get it WRONG, 5 times in a row, I go to the speaker and tell them NO SAUCE on the mushroom melt, what do they do? SAUCE. ALL THE SAUCE. When I called the store this last time about it, all she could do was remake it if I brought it back. I live 20 min's from town.

She said you should have checked it before you left. NO. AS A MANAGER MYSELF, THEY SHOULD HAVE QUALITY CHECKED YOUR ORDERS BEFORE HANDING THEM OUT. it's not MY job to make sure yalls employees get it right. This place is beyond gross. Nasty un hygienic looking people working in the kitchen... needless to say, this restraunt isn't getting any of my business. Nor those closest to me. We will drive the extra mile to avoid this place. They don't listen when u order. They're unsanitary. And half the time, the fries are soggy and cold.

Idk what kind of restraunt they think they're "running" the only thing that's running is customers....

Bad experience through your drive thru this evening. Arrived about ten minutes to 10pm, the first thing from the employee/management is "Just to let you know we close in 8 minutes" Not sure what that has to do with me being in the drive thru now waiting on them to have greeted me in the first place. The sinage shows you close at 11pm on Saturday as well as your info found on the internet. I've worked at this location in the past so maybe my expectations are too high. I still decided to order something, when asking for the receipt I get "you paid with cash it doesn't give a receipt but ill try." I'm not sure this is correct and im sure its because we didn't want me to take the survey. So since I can't let you know about the bad customer service on mybkexperience.com it's being put here in hopes that this is seen by the district manager or someone whom matters. But tonight it reminded me of why I rarely spend my money at this...
