We had been considering replacing our bed for several years and had stopped in several competitors' show rooms looking at various options. We found most of the sales people to be pleasant, but lacking in knowledge about the beds they were selling. We also experienced some that were extremely "pushy" and that is a huge turn-off to us.

We went to Mattress Firm and spoke with Aaron. We were immediately impressed with his expertise not merely on each bed, but also, on which features would be best for us. He began by asking us numerous questions which he told us would help him recommend the "right" bed for us.

He then had us try out three beds and informed us of the advantages of each. He then suggested we take whatever time we needed to make our decision. Never did we feel pressured as we had at some competitors' stores.

After asking some additional questions which he answered to our satisfaction, we purchased one that he had recommended. We were pleased with his follow-up to ensure the bed had been delivered and set up as promised. We love the bed and its features and are particularly pleased with the terrific service provided by Aaron. Oh man. We went in to just look around, since it's where we started our bed search. I didn't need a bed today. My 13 year old bed made of bowling alley pizza crust was enough for me. I've done a lot of research on mattresses before this purchase. I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. After chatting with Joe, he understood what I was looking for and showed me a few in the same category. THIS is the reason I wanted to buy a mattress in person. I could have spent the next year dealing with returns with an online bed. Ain't nobody got time for that

I ended up ordering a mattress that was similar to the one I had in mind, but a size up.
