I was incredibly disappointed. I'm not sure if the Bartender was discriminating against me & other patrons or if he is just incredible jaerk with really poor customer service etiquette? Another customer and I arrived and waited patiently for drinks order and Bartender did everything he could to bypass us. He insisted he would come back around as he made his rounds but it became obvious he was doing everything he could intentionally to avoid serving us. He went around and around on the other side serving people that showed up well over half hour after me while i was standing there. He even went so far as to service customers who he already served and when he ran out of people to service he went outside of bar to do dishes, & did dishes inside of bar despite there being plenty of cups available & he didn't even stock them he just kept rinsing them and placing back. There wasn't any reason for this I didn't behave in any kind of way prior to this to deserve it. The other customer and at least one other customer left after they got tired of his seemingly intentional negligence. This Bartender appeared to be able ot handle large crowds & fill orders expeditiously which is probably the only reason management keeps him around. Because its definitely not for his barside manners. Finally, when he absolutely served everyone he possibly could he offered to serve young blonde standing next to me who had stood there collecting at least 3 others drink orders know good and well she would be served faster despite showing up what I swear at that point was 45 min after me standing at the bar waiting for him to take my order. He went to take her order and I let him know I was going to complain to the manager & that it was bad service etiquette. I spoke with the manager and left without ever having placed an order. The bar tender was a taller dark haired guy, maybe early 30. The younger blonde Bartender was just a little sloth & couldn't serve worth a crud. He was obviously overwhelmed & his inability to serve was clearly incompetence and nothing...

I went here yesterday evening & I really regret the money & time wasted at this place. My friend & I get there 20 mins before our reservation, we know we were early & didn’t mind waiting for our table. We get seated maybe 10 mins later & the host seats us at a super high small table with bar stools, the table was tucked in the back & had very little space to walk through. It was way to uncomfortable for us to sit there, especially with our belongings, there was no where to put our stuff. I told the host that we would like a booth because there was booths open. We were told they don’t usually give booths to a party of 2. Looks around most booths had a party of 2 or 3 . After going back and fourth for about 5 mins , they offer a lower table with better chairs, we agree & it just gets worse from there. The cups were dirty, literally had someone lips on the cup! Just disgusting!! I ordered chicken wings & a Cesar salad. The waitress brings me some kale & tells me the chefs refuse to make it because they are swamped but she we will take it off my bill. After all that, we wanted to go to the Karaoke room .it’s supposed to be an hr wait, We signed up at 6:30 & didn’t get in until 7:46, once we got in the room the employee who is supposed to reset the rooms forgot so we couldn’t sing any songs. I go to her & tell her the songs aren’t working, she says okay I reset it, it works now . I asked her how much time do we have ? She responds you have until 8:46 , if I paid for an hr how do I only have to 8:46 when it’s 7:56 now & you just reset the room. She responds with an attitude because I gave you the room at 7:46. I assist I paid for an hr so I want an hr. She responds okay , I’ll add 10 mins! Rolls her eyes ! Service was terrible, super expensive for drinks! Super crowded to the point you have to literally fight your way out! I give it 1 star because the food was good & our waitress was super sweet! But I will...

My friend and I went to PBS on recommendation from a few friends of ours. They all said it was a great place to go to have a good meal and a great time. I guess they have different definitions for those than we do.

We got there around 6 PM or so, and asked for a booth for the 2 of us. They said they had no booths available. When I went to use the restroom a bit later, I found several empty booths, most of which looked like they had been empty for awhile. Maybe they were reserved, who knows, but for the duration of the time we were there (well over an hour), no one sat at any of them.

Anyways, on to the food and drink. They didn't have what I wanted to order, and what we both DID order seemed watered down and almost flavorless. The food was even worse. Our appetizer was amazing, which gave us hope, but when we received our entrees, both were very cold. The fries with my steak frites were nearly ice cold, as were her tacos. When a staff member took the plates back to be redone, the server hurried over to see what was wrong. When we told her it was cold, her only real response was that she didn't cook it. I've worked in restaurant management for a long time, and such an attitude seemed like a slap in the face or like she didn't care.

When we got our food back, it was warmer, but still not as hot as we would like. At this point, we decided to bite the bullet and eat it. The steak was flavorless except for the garlic butter on top, and it was loaded with fat. I barely finished half of it.

I didn't expect the meal to be comped or anything, but at least some level of accountability from either the server or the manager on duty would have been appreciated. We will not be back.

Oh, and the amount of activities for us to do after the meal was verrrry disappointing. 0/10 for the...

Gigantic venue with diverse games, seating areas, and food/drinks. Free parking ramp is a kittycorner block behind the building. Seating options are plentiful -- booth, raised table, traditional table, casual couches, bar stools, and even semi-private [karaoke] rooms. The atmosphere is loud and noisy, but fun with industrial style. Games fill the center area -- bowling lanes, Jumbo Jenga couches, cornhole bag toss, bocce ball, ping pong, multiple foosball tables, darts, and a small arcade with skeeball and video games. Skeeball costs $1.00 per game. Oy! You have to buy a game card (no direct caah) to use the arcade or other games, so we sadly passed. There are at least 2 small, private rooms on the perimeter with a large flat-screen TV for karaoke. Looks fun! The menu had loads of intriguing options. The beet salad, knockoff (double) burger, and grilled brussel sprouts were delicious. We got a slice of coconut pie, but it, unfortunately, didn't even taste like coconut. The tap water tasted like...well, city tap water. Order a beverage or bottled water, if possible. Our server was friendly, but service overall was extremely SLOW for our Tuesday night visit. We were at our table for just over 2 hours. It took 25 minutes just to get drinks. After our meal, we waited 20 minutes to see our server again. We then ordered a slice of pie, which took an additional 20 minutes to deliver. There were multiple staff folks just standing around, and the place wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what was driving the delay. Our final bill with tip was about $100 for food/drinks for 3 people.

The place is HUGE. I am a but concerned on the size to keep it going for a long time. Having sid that, the place has something for every taste. The list of beer wine and spirits is perfect. Not eternal but they have plenty one would like. The menu is not too sophisticated, but again your pub fare with enough of a twist. Seating has plenty options, high chairs, regular chairs and tables. Long tables with benches. Nice booths. 2 or 3 bars with seating and TVs. Many many many different seating areas and choices. Plenty TVs throughout. Clean place quick friendly professional service. It has arcade games, corn hole, few bowling lanes. Tons of things for fun. The happy hour is a good 20 to 30% off regular pricing. I didn't see anything major as 2x1 things. Maybe even better happy hours take place at doable hours and days in the week. Example a Friday 3-6pm is happy hour. Pricing is not bad value at all. Especially on food since they have really good portions more on the shareable stuff. Ambiance is fresh and nice. Patrons are cordial and friendly. I will be back many times as I really liked everything I saw, tasted and experienced.
