I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided by this store. I visited the store to return an item that I had purchased with cash. However, the store informed me that they couldn't offer a cash refund and asked if I had Apple Pay to process the refund. This was in direct contradiction to their own policy, which states that refunds must be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. As I had paid in cash, I was entitled to a cash refund.
I spoke with Malcom, who informed me that he needed to consult with his district manager to see if he could process the refund. He informed me that all they had were $100 bills. Fortunately, I had the exact change to make up the difference. I waited for 35 minutes as Malcom exchanged texts with his district manager, but we still didn't have a resolution. I wondered what would have happened if I had made a purchase with cash and they didn't have enough change to provide me with the correct amount.
After 40 minutes, Malcom finally walked over to the register and came back with my refund. Strangely enough, it wasn't a $100 bill, but rather my exact change from the original purchase. I couldn't help but comment, "So, we had change to begin with?" Malcom replied that he had paid for it out of his own pocket, despite me hearing the cash register open and seeing the change inside.
Overall, my experience with this store was highly disappointing. Their customer service failed to adhere to their own policies, and I was inconvenienced for far longer...

ย ย ย Read moreOrdered something via curbside and curbside was not actually available. I couldn't go inside because I had planned on curbside and had my dog. It's below freezing he can not stay in the car. Then when I couldn't check in through curbside I called and was told I couldn't be helped for 45 min because the manager her processed my order left on break. I understand lunch breaks but some else should have been able to process it. I had made time to pick up my phone around other things I had planned so waiting 45 was not an option. It's called customer service work with the customer now against the customer. So I had to wait until the next day to get my phone. Luckily I had an old phone but what if I didn't? I chose curbside pick up so I could get it that day I could have just had it delivered to my apartment...
