Half the time, the young employees act like I'm interrupting them. The young woman who waited on me asked me what dressings I wanted. I told her I was getting the sample plate, and it came with a bag of all of them. "Oh, that's right." Two steps later down the line in a completely uncrowded queue, she asked me again. I told her again. She asked me what I wanted on the other salad. I told her I wanted them on the side. When I got back to work, there was NO dressing for the salad. Read moreStay away! This location is a mess! I love Roti Grill so I've given it 5 chances in the last few weeks. I use the app and the food has literally never been on time, or even being prepared when I arrive ( usually 5-10 min after when it should be ready ). One time they even had no rice, which is the backbone of their menu. Today was my breaking point. I arrived 15 minutes after the app said it would be ready and when I checked with an employee I was told they were completely overwhelmed and couldn't tell me when it would be ready or when they could even start making my food. All while people in the super long line continued to be helped. I asked for a refund , but the employee turned around to help another upset customer and walked away to make their order. After 10 more minutes of waiting I had to leave without food or a refund to get back to work on time. Why have an app if it can't accurately estimate time when ready for pickup?
