I have a complaint about my store visit this morning. I placed an order on the app for a medium Earl Grey Tea Latte for a walk in pick up. I was pleased to see that my drink was ready and waiting for me as I arrived. However the weight of the drink felt very light when I picked it. I opened up to see that it was only 2/3 full with at least 3.5 inches from the top of the cup. I paid $6 for this drink. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she made zero eye contact with with me and mumbled something that I could barely hear and walked away with my drink. It was clear she felt I was an inconvenience. When she showed it to the barista, I saw them both shaking their heads. At this point I was very uncomfortable for even asking to have a top off of milk. Once they gave the drink back to me, I examined the drink to see that they filled it only another inch. So basically I paid $6 for a $3.50-$4 worth of a cup. Instead of mentioning anything again, I just left. I am letting you know that I will not be going to this location anymore and I will be spreading the word about how rude your employees are to customers. And that the drinks here are not...
Read moreLovely place, good service, good coffee, however the music is a bit too loud for me and a few customers I spoke with sitting near by here who may be searching for a place to organize themselves, hook up to wi-fi, or just study and read. I was told by the young staff person that the volume of the overhead music apparently cannot be turned down by the barista or any one here internally. This is a "corporate thing" she said and yet seems odd that the young people working here cannot change this aspect of the environment if their are legitimate requests from customers.
So, if any Caribou Corporate Management People are really interested...give your staff in various locations some ability to regulate the environment and especially the ability to adjust a volume control on music levels according to customer requests!!!! Read moreConvenient location but if it's not one thing then it's another. Most of my orders are the same, a match tea latte and there's been multiple times that it has tasted like water or nothing. I've had to go back and have them remake it which they're happy to do but it's a waste of my time. Other times, I just say f it and throw the whole drink away as it happens so often it's not even worth it to go get it remade. Just get it done right the first time. Second, I had a perks that I used, a drink upgrade from a Medium to a Large and guess what?? My drink came in a medium. I ordered correctly they made the order wrong. If corporate can train this branch to be better and reimburse me for my perks that'd b great. The point is, expect to get your order fast but don't expect to be satisfied. Always something wrong...
