Pretty disappointed in our experience. The first time we attempted to dine at Crave, we made reservations, showed up 10 minutes early, and the doors were locked. Employees were inside, and could clearly see us, as we tried to enter through the numerous doors around the building. No one contacted us via the reservation, nor came to the door, to let us know that they closed early and that the power had gone out before we had arrived. I found out through an email and thus was sent a giftcard and a apology for ruining our anniversary dinner.

With giftcard in hand, we arrived at Crave today for lunch. We are immediately sat next to the windows. As we relax, we realize it is really cold. Come to find out that the heat is not working and the manager gladly moved us to a table away from the window. We decided to order Firecracker Shrimp, Waygu Meatballs, and the Mediterranean Flatbread.

🧨 Firecracker Shrimp: Amazing flavor, but they were cold. Room temp is the highest I would give in terms of heat. Super disappointing.

🍕 Mediterranean Flatbread: again, the flavor was great, but the entire thing was cold. Again, super disappointing.

🍝Waygu Meatballs: the meatballs were dry and tough. Could not cut with a fork. Was told by the manager that the recipe is new and the cooks are still figuring it out.

We hardly touched anything and we let our server know. The manager ended up comping everything except our 2 cokes, which I thought was kind of odd, especially with the experience we had. My wife and I agreed that we will...

I booked this restaurant a couple of weekends ago for dinner with the family and we had a nice big table. My parents are here from Australia for the month and joined us for dinner too. We haven't properly been out for a meal since the pandemic started and have always been ordering out as it also can be hard to eat out with 3 little ones. I immediately loved the vibe of the place as we walked in. The restaurant is well presented but also very child friendly, lovely dimly lit restaurant too, none of this bright, fluorescent lighting. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and professional. We weren't rushed to order our meals and quickly get out. It was nice to sit, settle, order our meals at our pace and enjoy the meals. I ordered the salmon on noodles. The salmon was cooked nicely and I actually enjoyed the meal, a little bit on the salt side but it did have sundried tomatoes in it, which may have added the extra salt. I guess the only downside was the chicken breast, I ordered chicken breast and green beans for one of my boys and cutting into it I immediately could tell it was dry. My Dad also ordered a chicken breast meal and pretty much ate everything but pushed most of his chicken to the side as he also thought his chicken was dry. Chicken breast can be hit and miss though. The meals were nice, not exceptional... but that's to be expected. It's a nice restaurant and decent meals. I definitely recommend! Especially...

Stopped into the Crave at West End today to have a few beers and get some work done. I came in open minded even though I have had bad experiences at most every Crave I have been to. I walked in and waited at the host stand to grab a table. After I listened to the phone ring for over a minute and was not greeted I decided to instead sit at the bar. I tried to make polite conversation with my bartender who seemed uninterested. No big deal I went about my work. Understandably he left me alone for the majority of my visit because I was working on my computer. After I finished my first beer I pushed the empty glass into view to show I was ready for another, with the intention of also ordering some food. 15 minutes passed and I was never offered another. I chalked this up to my working but noticed he did ask the gentleman across from me, also on his laptop, if he would like another. I decided to cut my losses and put out my credit card to cash out. After trying to get gis attention walking past a few times I flagged him down and immediately left. As AGM of a restaurant I had full intentions of well compensation to account for my taking up his real estate. Disappointed in the...

We went to Crave for a weekday lunch. There wasn't a wait. It seemed to be a business location, but we fit in and weren't made to feel uncomfortable in our casual clothes. The waiter was very good. I wish I could remember his name because he made a game-changing recommendation with the drinks. We started with the fried calamari. It was the best calamari I've had to date in MN. The Jalapeño aioli for dipping was smooth and a perfect pair. We washed those down with a blackberry mule and the blood orange margaritas. They were original. The blackberry mule is our favorite drink, thanks to that lunch. It has a smooth and bold flavor. We each got burgers. I got the Crave burger with truffle fries, and she got the Wagyu burger with regular fries. Both were way above your average burger. The wagyu was extra tender and had a delicious buttery taste. It was burger heaven. The truffle fries I highly recommend you upgrade to the truffle fries. We will most definitely be back for great drinks and food.

Super Bison Burger mit einer passenden Sauce. Die Zwiebeln, Käse und Pilze harmonieren mit dem Fleisch. Die Brötchen sind auch Gluten-free zu bestellen. Service ist auch Top.

Pros: The whole restaurant interior is aesthetically pleasing and looked clean, my group was able to get a reservation with a short (5 minutes) notice, plenty of menu choices, staff was well dressed (and groomed) as well as well-mannered, there's a variety of seating options which is all well spaced throughout the restaurant, and everything I ordered looked and tasted amazing! Cons: Customers are not allowed to sit inside the fun little "bubbles" unless you're planning on spending over $200, location of their bathrooms is odd and lacks clear indication where they are, both drinks (other than water) were forgotten until mentioned (our server kept apologizing and we said it was alright but still felt I should add it to this review since it wasn't ideal regardless), and I didn't like how they kept coming by to refill your water glasses for you with a pitcher that's already at the table for customers to refill their own glasses with.
