i met with a very kind Sarah at the Rodger and Hollands store at the Mid Rivers Mall, and she directed me to their jeweler Kimberly. I was interested in a ruby ring that would match my ruby and diamond bracelet. Sarah set up an appointment with Kimberly and we discussed what I had in mind for the ring. When we decided on the ring structure, Kimberly searched for just the right color of rubies to match the bracelet. Quickly she was able to obtain the rubies, then started the process of making this ring. i wanted the ring in white gold with rubies and diamonds. Kimberly kept me informed during the entire process of making the ring. I just picked up the ring, and I am so pleased with the color of the rubies, they match perfectly, the diamonds are clear and bright and the weight of the ring is solid and very comfortable to wear. Tessa was a wonderful delight! We went to Hannoush first. Don't do that. It was awful. They had me hold someone's custom made ring that was awaiting pick up. Super unprofessional people. Go here, instead. I usually hate talking to people outside of my circle of people. I have horrendous social anxiety. She made me feel totally at ease and didn't push me with 10,000 questions. When i mentioned I'm bad at decisions, she helped me narrow things down. She didn't throw a bunch of unnecessary info at me, rather let me lead the ring choosing with questions of what I actually wanted to know and wanted to look at. She picked apart each critique I had in her mind and found better and better options. Got a ring that retails for 4000 for 2600, and that included a lifetime warranty. She was crazy incredible! I highly recommend Rogers and Hollands! The manager, Tony, and staff are so personable, knowledgeable, funny; and best of all were able to customize my dream wedding band set for my ring! The original jeweler we purchased the engagement ring and band from had gone out of business, but Tony knew the exact setting that would look beautiful with my ring and he was spot on! They took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it and that my ring fit perfectly with the new setting. Tony was also able to take my single band as a trade-in as well as offer a military discount for my husband's service.
