I ordered a ham on 11/10/2020 from this store and spoke to Donna. I told her I needed a ham that would feed 11-16 people for Christmas because our family was getting together on Christmas Eve and my son would pick up the ham on December 23rd. I asked her if she needed a payment or deposit over the phone and she said no. She said that was fine and I would receive an email confirmation. I called her back on 11/12/2020 because I didn't receive the confirmation and she said there was a glitch in the system. She confirmed our order again. I sent the store an email through their website on 11/16/2020 and never received a reply. When my son went on December 23rd to pick up the ham, he was told there wasn't any order? He was told they had 4 four pound hams available or one 10 pound ham. He took the ten pound ham as it was cheaper. I will NEVER order another ham from any of the stores. And.....the ham wasn't as good as the ones...

We ordered boxed lunches for associates which was supposed to deliver between 10am and 10:30am. Our food did not arrive until 1:30pm and we had associates that had been at work since 5am that hadn’t eaten all day. To top everything else off, they left off numerous boxed lunches so some associates weren’t able to eat. The manager and Nicole lied to multiple office management that they were on the way. Nicole stated to me that the managers were delivering but when the delivery driver came, she said she wasn’t a manager at all. We were lied to since 10:45am that our food was on the way. Do not order from here unless you want to be fed lies. Food was thrown together and was not good. If I could, I would give a negative star. $271 worth of food that was wasted. Take your...

I work in a large office and had a holiday luncheon planned for the staff. Due to a last minute emergency, I was unable to provide the main dish for the luncheon. Frantically I searched for options and placed an order online at 5am for a sandwich builder buffer to serve 30 people for a 10:30am delivery.

I called when this location opened at 9:30am to see if they’d be able to make the miracle happen with such short notice (expecting a no) - the gentleman that answered assured me they were already working on it and it’d be delivered by 10:30. Sure enough it arrived on time and just as described.

They went above and beyond making such a large order with almost no notice. They helped prevent a ruined holiday luncheon - I cannot thank this location and the employees...
