Michael's Salem New Hampshire.. Brought in a print to get framed 2 weeks ago.. came in on the due date expecting to see it done but doubting it, I tried to call this store so I didn't have to waste a trip.. mailbox is full call gets dropped.. I came in with the paperwork and my receipt and was informed after that it wasn't done yet that they don't send their work out and after stating that I wanted a refund and I wanted my artwork back just for the sheer annoyance and wasting my time.. I was told 'well we're supposed to call you. The whole system is ridiculous here nobody cares.. that's two weeks I work weekends so I can't pick it up on the weekend.. I won't have another day off till the middle of next week.. I was told I can have it ready in 10 minutes.. now if it could have been done in 10 minutes why isn't it done is my only question .. it's a world full of excuses now .. I wouldn't recommend this place I wouldn't recommend any place where the customer was made to feel wrong because he didn't wait for a call and because the work wasn't done and there was enough time to do it .. when your customer calls you talk to your customer.. and if that paperwork says 2 weeks that print should be framed in 2 weeks. Not shown attention the day it's due but ready the day it's due.. In the end it was framed nicely but once you put your order in.. It's as tho forget you.. customer care is...
Read moreDO NOT USE THIS LOACTION FOR A UPS ACCESS POINT!!!!!! use a UPS access point location instead. Using this place as an access point is a complete waste of time. I used them to deliver a phone I purchased from ebay. I was able to change the delivery address to Michaels since I was away on vacation. I was given notifications via UPS that my package arrived at Michaels and it is ready for pick up. I went there to pick it up and they told me it was not ready. I tried calling again the next day and the following two days after. They said that they could not track my package. I had to fill out a missing package form through UPS and I notified the sender. Ups ended up finding the package at Michaels and re-delivered it to my condo. Michaels was a waste of time and the sales persons have no idea how to find the package. The store is in complete disarray and disorganized. Packages are located in the front, near the door for anyone to access, the back of the store and behind the counter. I am surprised anyone can find their package there. I would go elsewhwere for UPS access...
Read moreCashier with a line building up but not in front of her...I was the next in line and was told that I needed to use the automated check out as well as everyone else, meanwhile my arms are full of canvases and frames that I would need to put down to use both hands to self check out and with no room to put anything down. I asked the cashier if she could take me she motioned to the self check outs and said if you are using cash or credit you will need to use the self out...it was like pulling teeth to have her check me out. After explaining I didn't bring my glasses in with me and would need them to read the machine she finally took me with if I have to I can check you out...I felt like I was bothering her from doing nothing to get her to...
