The bartender was disgustingly bad at taking care of patrons, and only rubbed salt in the wounds when a regular came in, gave greetings while asking for a drink, then had him proceed to noticeably double his pace to make their drink all while I'd been waiting five minutes minimum to get a refill on a fountain drink or get my receipt.
I saw a review on here somehow calling Mike the "Best Bartender" I believe, but that's apparently only if you know him and he bothers actually treating you like a human. I waited over half an hour to get a bare bones burger and fries, and only got two refills in that time despite having an empty glass and being unable to get his attention. It took like five or more minutes to even get his attention to order in the first place.
The total was over 22 dollars for a basic burger (white cheddar, patty, bun, no sauce, and fillings all on the side) which came with fries plus a drink. When a guy sat down next to me at the bar and asked about it, he promptly left saying he'd "rather drive for 30 minutes to find another place" than wait 30 for food. He's honestly right, and if I'd known this place would be like this then I wouldn't have even bothered coming.

The service was glacial (I had to go to the bar to get my menu after 15m of waiting at a table, and then they wouldn't let me order there, so I waited another 10m for them to come by my table to order), my burger was barely rare when I ordered mid rare, and the other burger was cooked medium when they ordered mid rare. The onion rings were greasy, although the sweet potato fries were ok.
Also, the parking is very confusing, I guess since this is a restaurant in the Four Points Sheraton. Nearly all the signs say you can't park there, and when I did park and ask the front desk where I could park since I was just eating at the restaurant at the hotel, they said I could ignore all the signs. Um, ok? All in all it took over an hour for two drinks, and two burgers. Needless to say, I will not be...
