I've been living in Santa Clara for 34 years. The water's been shutdown a couple times for planned maintenance. A water main blew recently, and the workers were on it by the time I realized I didn't have any water. A worker was going door to door notifying all of us what was happening. They were all over it, working through the night until everything was properly restored. These guys deserve a pat on the back for their quick response...

I signed up for paperless billing. I have yet to receive a bill, but normally I just look it up and pay. This past month, however I was late by $3.40. I tried calling to see what was going on and there were 8 people in the queue ahead of me, so as suggested I emailed. This was the 31st of January, today is the 26th of February and still no reply. I just went back to receiving a paper bill...let's see...

BE AWARE! They will delay the returning of your deposit check! We've been waiting for 11 months and they keep delaying to issue the deposit return check. Every time I call, they will say it's still in the final process and takes...
