Fast Service, but...

I wish that when ordering via the Mobile App, that the employees of this location would review my order.

Only once did I use the Mobile App and the order was not reviewed and I had to request something to be changed. Most of the TBells that visit will review my Mobile Order before proceeding.

Aside from that one issue, I appreciate how quickly this location's employees are to prepare all other orders. I would say that in comparison to some of the other locations that I frequent, that this is one of the fastest, if not 'THE' Fastest.

Tips: To access the restaurant when approaching from the south on Lincoln, turn left on Clay St, and then immediately right. The back entrance to the parking lot is not always obvious, but helpful in getting back out to El...

Went through drive through, they forgot my sauces so I thought no big deal I'll come in and eat. I waited a few minutes just to ask for a water cup, not really acknowledged but again, Whatever. Sit down to eat and look at my sons quesadilla and noticed there was only a small amount of cheese in the middle and not even halfway to the edge and not melted at all. I asked them to make another for me which they did, I open it up to give my son a slice and there is a SPIDER HANGING OFF OF IT. I asked for my money back. Which was given to me begrudgingly and with NO apology. So disgusting.

The employees of Taco Bell in Santa Clara California, on El Camino Real are wonderful. The welcoming atmosphere and greetings when you enter is amazing. The employees greet you with a smile and pay close attention to your order,which is done perfectly. Furthermore, as soon as you make your order,your food is made perfectly and precisely,and swiftly.
