Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Hello today store # 3344 in Santa clarita Valencia charged me a dollar extra for getting both sausage and bacon pluse orange juice over coffee.i couldn't get a strait answer for what I was asking her in the fact that ...which one of those coasts$1 extra the fact that she started to point out anything and everything was rude.i injoy breakfast here every day but this was noticed and comptomplated. I was asked in the beginning order which do I want sausage or bacon and I said both ,meaning 50 /50 so I then was asked coffee or orange juice ,I said orange juice ....poi t I. Hand these are your options for the listed price.she added a $1 tax and said that's the price...imagine how many dollars she is stacking up.its sick.im disatifide. I'm taking to social media now.also I dobt get asked never if for the side if I want hash browns extra pancakes or other....u always get hazhbrowns?when I request pan cakes and my side itz so disturbing to the Jack in the box worker that it makes me not even want the meal no more.im not pleased with this locations actions and not giving me a strait answer on the fact that does the bacon and sausage cost one buck more or does the orange juice or both .she said when asked ,"oh!um, well,......since you wanted orange juice that that is $1 more "I said "oh ok no problem"then she said "and well since you wanted bacon and sausage that um is um why um you got charged a $1 more.".Not cool i wish i recorded ower conversation so i can send that strat to...

The food was is to be expected. The boys working the drive thru were having fun by imitating an old lady voice in the voicebox and laughing about it. Took about 10 mins to get the food at the window half of my large fries where gone no big deal probably standard cost cutting and they did not give us a receipt. (Pretty smart to prevent complaints TBH) I know people don't want to work at fast food so finding good people is hard to find but I would like to see some decorum while your on the clock. Jack in the box is paying them to sit there laughing and acting kinda rude to the customers. I won't be going back to this one other options are right across the street. Anybody else might have a different experience I'm sure this behavior is...

If you're going to tell someone you're cleaning and sanitizing and can't take an order for 20 min and then 20 min later tell people it'll be 20 min of cleaning before you can take an order, you're basically lying to the first time. At that point just close and update your hours so 4 cars worth of people aren't wasting their time. Also, as someone who ran large chains, are you not cleaning and sanitizing during the day? My thought is that you want to be open 24 hours but your evening crew doesn't want to work. Update your hours if you're going to close and maybe don't lie to...
